TiltTrek explores the ins and outs of making a 31 game pinball deal and the games that come along in such an endeavor. Filmed at Tilt Amusements. You will want to see what happens.
Really awesome deal and great collection!! Subscribing to the channel :) A lot has changed since i bought my 3 games pricewise though. Bought my Addams Family in 2011 for 1800 euros. My new Transformers LE combo for 6700. Apparently 10.000 is now low cost? :)
Thank you for the subscription. For those of us who have been around for a bit, the new prices do take some getting use to. 0n the other hand, for the next couple of days we have a contest running until midnight cst on 4/4/24 for a FREE Elton John banner. Just like, and comment on this video. ua-cam.com/video/nDAvMtIrgek/v-deo.html If you are still in the land of euros, you would need to pay shipping, but the banner is free!
I pondered the thought of selling everything too. But not in bulk. Id want top value. I cant imagine how Id feel after theyre all gone & would have to focus on my next "hobby" in order to not feel too much regret.
We have sold a decent amount of games over the years, but have always had at least one since the late 80s. I don't know what I would do if they were ever, all gone.
Imagine selling all your pins in bulk for $250k and then watching the buyer resell them for $50k - $150k more?! Ouch! This was not the smartest way to liquidate a valuable high end collection but certainly was the quickest. I would have called Bill Ramsey or captains and let them do their thing.
@@donh1511 it is very interesting. The sometimes hassles during selling are real. Meeting requests only to have people back out due to the distance that was posted in the original listing, is a real example of some of the yuck. Then there are the people who aren't even thinking of buying, but feel their opinions on price are something we all need to be aware of, just make you ask why am I doing this? But... For $100,000 I can put up with a ton of BS.
Thx for doing this video! I also saw the Pinside post so it was cool to see the majority of those pins here. What a collection - wow. That JJP POTC LE. Oh my. Troy has it up for sale already….sooo tempting. I kinda wish I didn’t see it on this video.
Thank you. it's great that collectors keep games like this so that when they do come out we can all experience what many of these games were like back in the day or better.
Great Video, thank you for covering this, needed these details and post deal video to supplement the Pinside data, thank you. (P.S. that TWD was a premium.) :)
It was great fun seeing this leave Pinside and then become real. I know now that many have sold that I will be interacting with this deal for years to come.
These guys are awesome and probably the only distributor I’ll buy from. My first machines came from them and so shall my last. I’m blessed to live in ohio where the other location exists. Thanks for a wonderful video inside the process.
Do you ever travel in for their open house? A great way to play a lot of great titles. Plus for every Stern game they have a Pro sitting next to a Premium
@@TiltTrek when Trent here in ostrander does events I attend along with playing the tournaments he sets up like the upcoming pro circuit amazing race . However I’m still on the bottom of players so I learn as I go and hope to win one someday.

Just traded my Castus for a premium jaws hope made the right choice without playing it just hope it like my JP premium that game will never leave my house
GRR looks Amazing but Plays like Shit!! Code is Garbage!!! I would be embarrassed if i was Slash!!! Venom LE is more fun than GNR!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE GNR music!!
No doubt. I passed on a GNR LE for $7000 cash on the glass. Maybe if they fixed the code it would be a better value. Of course how is a production run of 5,000 units "limited"?
@@tiltamusements i know you did. i played it. i believe you said it wasn't the only time you owned a krull. i can only hope i get another chance to play one before i die.

Those are some sexy looking games. Congrats on the purchase and thanks for showing them off in a video.
Thank you
Loved the deep dive!!!
Thank you. I'm glad you found it as interesting as we did
Some of those older games like WW, Radicle look absolutely gorgeous . Wow
They truly were amazing. That WW looked better than new if that is even possible.

That is a walking dead premium. The LE has brown powder coat and wood plank art on the cabinet @23:18
Thank you for the catch.
great video
Thank you!
Wow.. I saw this go down on pinside. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you. Knowing you watched this on Pinside let's me know our goal of bringing the story to video was a success. Your feedback means a ton.

In person it was an overload of temptation
Great video I saw the thread in the response on Pinside what a crazy awesome collection

Great video and thanks for asking about prices. I'll never be able to afford a purchase like that, but it's very interesting to hear the details.
It's always interesting when you start talking about pricing, so we were very excited when Troy was so forthcoming.
What a collection!
It really was!
Dayum....that is one hell of a collection!
Why yes it is!
Jaw dropping. Paradise for any person with the bug. I love the Radical since its release when I played it a lot. If only I had money 💰 😢
"If only I had the money" I think is a very common phrase in a place like this, followed by "if only I had the space"

Awesome Video. Thanks for Share
Thank you! Do deals like this happen more often or less often in Germany?
Great video! 🥙
Thank you. That means a ton
If he paid $250k or less or all of those, he got a hell of a deal. That’s roughly $8k per game & most of these are worth more.
It truly was a heck of a deal.
Pretty sure the CV has an LEDOCD board in it for inserts.. you cleaned up on this!!😮
The amount of hidden gems in these games is incredible
Troy is great
oof to straps without putting some cardboard or padding between them and the cab... for the nice cabs anyway.
I hear you bruh
$8k-ish per game seems high for a bulk buy but they must all be super special condition, limited editions, and classics.
There is a few in there that will sell for more than his investment I am sure.
Wondering about the Undertaker translite on his WWE LE? I haven’t seen that before. 41:35
I know nothing about that one but I will check next time I see him.
@@TiltTrek Yeah that’s awesome and has a Stern logo.
Do you know if Troy use to live in mt. Zion IL? I bought some games off a Troy about 15 years ago that looks similar from what I can remember.
Hmm it sounds like Troy.
U gettin a jaws
In Elwin we trust, but this is a need to flip first one for me.

Sad to see someone sell his whole collection
What does that mean?
@TiltTrek
I replied to early before I actually watched whole video...I thought a collector passed away

Krull or BTFO
I had a krull a few years ago, and actually took it to pinball expo and put it on freeplay for everyone. But have since sold it
