Yup. Slip resistant lol. In Asia (I'm in Japan), the humidity is insane and even near Tokyo, most gyms are NOT air conditioned so the humidity gets on the floor and if you're unlucky it can and will turn into a skating rink 😂😂😂
oh wow, this sounds really useful in the southern parts of America. over here our humidity is usually stuck at 80% in the summer, so a shoe that's slip resistant will always be welcome haha
Solid looking shoe for sure - could drop on the price point, but the vast improvement over the years coming to fruition is amazing with a overseas brand
Had them for 2 weeks and absolutely LOVE these. I got nothing to complain about the shoes and tend to forget about it’s on feet, which imo it’s the best thing shoes can be

Been buying Li Ning and WoW lately. The Speed 8 Premiums are some of my favorite shoes ever, also enjoying the All City 10s. As soon as I saw the tech in these I already knew they'd be top tier shoes. Full palm BOOM? Sign me up

I remember buying the 1st official WOW shoe which is more than double the price of the Street version of WOW. It has great traction and build quality of an old school Jordan shoe but when I tried my friends Street version it's way more comfortable to wear especially when playing basketball. The Official WOW version feels like a lifestyle shoe (more focused on looks) than the Street version when it comes to comfort.
Lining speed 8 prem is probably my favorite shoe ive ever worn. Ive only owned like 7 shoes in my life but still.
Those shoes look DOPE AS HELL!!!!!! Dayum!! I’m loving the carbon fiber plate and really curios about the non slip outsole. I used to play outdoors when i was young and in light raisin or after a downpour where there were puddles of water on the court….could’ve used something like that then. Also curious about the stability espocially if the cushioning is that bouncy. Either way….congrats to Way of WADE and Li-Ning for 10 years! 🔥🙌🏽🏀

Way of wade shoes are amazing, I found them in Osaka Japan while I was there, you can't buy them in Europe.

Mb.01 is definitely the best basketball super comfortable and can play a lot of games in them before your feet start to hurt unlike lebrons or PGs or even KDs

When the WOW 2's came out I was super hopeful that Nike/Jordan would be shamed into improving the quality of the leather they used on their "premium" products. I daydreamed about how awesome it would be to have a Jordan 3 or 4 with that thick buttery soft leather that Li Ning used. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Thankfully I bought multiple pairs of the WOW 2's and 2.5's
Are these li ning shoes good? I mean, I'm from Brazil, here we just talk about puma, nike, adidas, New balance... I learned about that brand recently and don't know if the quality is good or if they are durable
@@MidNightBuoy I don't own this particular model (yet) but I do own multiple Way of Wade 2's, 2.5's, 4's, and 6's. The quality matches and even exceeds those other brands aside from maybe New Balance's top tier stuff. I've always been impressed with the Way of Wade products I've received. I've owned 1 pair of non Way of Wade shoes from Li Ning (The YU Shuai ⅩⅢ Low) and it wasn't premium but the quality was still pretty good.
@JMD OH, thanks man, do you recommend any model for casual purposes? I'm a very tall guy 6'3, and I like these kind of shoes, so do you recommend? Like the all city or the all day?
@@MidNightBuoy I haven't tried those models yet. Of the one's I've tried the Wade 4's were the most comfortable casually. I would watch Chris's (AKA Nightwing) reviews on those models. He's usually very good commenting on comfort and cushion for both performance AND casual wear. I would go to the Weartesters UA-cam page and search their videos for those Li Ning models for in depth info
anyone whos had the chance to play in both the WOW 9 and WOW 10, which one do you prefer? im a heavy guy, so between the two; im looking for which one is more bouncy, cushy. Mainly to help cushion my jump when i land on my feet after playing a couple rounds
reason why nike couldn't figure out this stuff is because they cost cutting and sleeping on innovation. gotta hand it to li-ning, anta and 361 those brands are coming for the market share
I have had bad experiences with UPS lately. They never deliver the package they just drop it off at a cvs store if I’m not home which annoys me. Anyone else have that issue ?

I got the Blossom colorway but returned because I needed to go half a size up. The cushion on these are mad bouncy! Fingers crossed the TNS on the way half a size up feels better

I got the Coming Homes and those are hella tight so I’d tell everyone go up half a size, even the site says go up and I have a narrow foot. I’d tell wide footers go up a whole size

I loved the Way Of Wade 1-3 (and all the Encores, .5s, lows, etc etc etc). That era of Li-Ning Way Of Wade had amazing leather, amazing build quality and even the box & bag they came w/ was nice.
...but they stopped all that & leaned heavy into tech/performance. They lost me w/ that, but I totally understand why it happened. The shoes are supposed to be a top-tier on court basketball sneaker and I'm worried about how they look w/ some sweatpants.
I'm sure the tech is amazing, because back when they were focusing on materials & build quality the line was amazing. I don' think Li-Ning "cheaps out" on their signature line product.
