Ingredients
• Uncooked pasta 1.5 Packet (600 grams)
• Onions 2 medium, chopped
• Garlic 4 cloves, chopped
• Butter 1/2 cup
• Boneless chicken 200 grams, chopped
• Chicken cubes 2
• Tomato paste 1/2 cup
• Fresh cream 1 cup
• Salt if needed (chicken cubes already contain enough salt)

I love you videos Naush you brought cauliflower what you know it has green surface on it that is eggs of worms we put its flourets in salt and turmeric boiled water forv10 mins .and remove from water and then freeze or use it .I am telling you this because I knew a chef whose son had pav bhaji outside and he went in coma due to the eggs went in brain and the worms born there so the Dr. took history of him and advised to do this with cauliflower so naush you also do this and also advice others for this even the chef that I knew advised all chefs including Sanjeev Kapoor so pls take care of all this you can do this with broccolli also so clean the veg properly even with vinegar ,salt and be safe and take care of your family ❤😊

Naush, u can freeze the vegetables which r not available frozen but usually the frozen vegetables are more healthy coz as soon as the vegetables are picked they start loosing nutrients but they freeze vegetables as soon as they're picked so they're more healthy than we think. Haan laikin main bhi vegetables cut kar kay freeze kar leti hoon time bachanay kay liye.
Apne baking classes dena kyun band kardi? I learned alot from them. Alhamdulillah earning from a home bakery now. LOL from pakistan ❤

Naush why not u call ur father n mother in law for visit in UAE. Kids also learn new life style living with them, extended family values, i feel although u both r doing good parenting, but still grandparents play important role and thats only happen if they see us n then learn nuclear families hum sirf phone pe batein krate hai but staying together that shows real challenges.
We stay in dubai but v frequently call them although expense etc and they refuse too as bit unsocial here but forcely call them becoz its a part of our cultural in which kids too learn alot. With all due respect. We want to see Naush with change routine, food menu, home management and how she deals with it.

Very important information about HB and iron. Take your supplements first thing in the morning, with a source of vitamin c half an hour before your breakfast. Didn’t know about this before coming to Europe thats what doctors tell here. Don’t have any caffeine with food especially break fast. Like we eat egg that had iron and important nutrients and after that we drink tea it stops absorption of iron and other minerals and vitamins wait for 30-40 minutes to have tea coffee
