AWESOME VID! Always wanted this type of product line-up analysis
The new design is esthetically simple, but perhaps too simple, that's why I think I like the previous designs more than the newer.

Love seeing an analisis of how big brands present/market their products from an ID perspective.
I have the x4. I'm no expert. They are the best headphones I have ever used.
Or BMW with the m3 and x5.
Or Honda with the s2000.
The names are purpose built and useful.
The hole might double as a went?
vents wouldn't add anything to the anc on the headphones, it's just for the fit
Making “traveling” headphones less and less portable is just dumb.
Industrial design is dead buddy. Ux design is the way. No jobs for ID design freshers.

@@JimmyHuynhdesign oh really that's what you gotta say. Can't you see the bigger picture there aren't many jobs for industrial designers right now. If you super rich or can afford to you can start your own firm or business but its not possible for many freshers out there. It's not just about capability it's also about the opportunity available. I guess you got my point. Don't take my comment negatively. You can find lot of the industrial design freshers out there with similar experience and concerns.
@@SachinPatil-rx7mi Thats what I have to say because your message is clear. If you found a job, you probably wouldn't have that opinion dont you think? My students just graduated last month in May. They're doing just fine Sachin. Maybe instead of having an opinion like "industrial design is dead", Consider asking "what am i doing wrong and how can I solve this problem". Thats how an industrial designer should think. I was able to find a job out of college, build a career, enjoy my job, buy a house in one of the expensive areas in US, Invest for my future, and teach design. You can too if you want it enough. Nothing good comes easy. UX is blowing up but it's a different career, no sense in comparing them. It's a badge of honor to be a working Industrial Designer, I try to help students achieve it.
