- ▶︎▶︎ The FIA has been under a lot of scrutiny after the Austin GP, as it seems like many experts feel like the inconsistency in dishing out penalties has been quite visible. From the moment the lights went out, Verstappen and Norris went into a duel in Turn 1 that many feel should’ve been a penalty for the Dutchman - similar to how he went into a duel into Turn 12 with Sainz - but the fact that Norris and Russell were penalized for similar behaviors has aggravated the Formula 1 community. The question is - are these patterns from the same nature and if so - is the FIA really biased, as Wolff called it?

i think lewis driving of the track was the fault of Max as all other mishaps are

Wrong! It has aggravated the Brits, not the F1 community. Max was ahead at the Apex and was not required to leave room. Norris overtook off track: Period.
The FIA has an obvious bias towards favouring the RedBull team in every incidence where Max Verstappen is involved! Why this is, has to be brought to light and stopped! In race after race Max has run his opponents off the track without any penalty & gained places when he should have been penalized for dangerous driving! This has been going on for years with nothing being done! Max is not just aggressive but dangerous. Because he has not been punished as he should he now thinks that he is immune & he is allowed to drive in this manner!
How many times will M.V. get away with forcing other drivers off the track? He's done this numerous times at other tracks too. His mentality is "You leave the track, or we crash", He's like a spoilt brat spitting his dummy out. Something needs to be done before someone is killed
Drivers are required to stay on the track. If a driver does not stay on the track, whether deliberately or because he does not have sufficient control of his car, and takes another driver with him, that is forcing another driver off the track and a penalty offence.
Max did this twice and received no penalties. In fact, they didn't even investigate. It is becoming clear that the FIA have no interest in being consistent with their issuance of such penalties.
The FIA are continuing to drag their reputation down along with that of the sport. It's time all the teams got together, broke away from the FIA and formed their own governing body.
@@BlackCat0315 max knew exactly what he was doing ! We need to change the rules to stop this on tracks that have near 90 degree corners ! He even said “they won’t out gravel traps there as bike race here and lots of amateurs
Max is the poster-boy for being allowed to run cars off road without penalty. He is their golden child as they turn their heads to his aggressive behavior. The bully is loose every race. The FIA has a bias to Max!

Max drives within the rules yes he pushes it but fair is fair were your comments the same when Hamilton used to moan about everyone else just asking
After sweargate I was hoping the fia would be going harder on max !! If you let a child get away with bad behaviour then in no time at all their behaviour gets worse or defiantly won’t improve

Brits ...Brits...Johnny Herbert, Damon Hill...Jenson Button & the Entire Sky Sports. Why are they attacking Max, all of them are crying foul! Had Norris Give Back the Position immediately, Verstappen would have been in the Wrong. Norris is still a Baby Max Grown up and Speak his mind and I think he makes a lot of Brits angry since he took the Championship from Lewis Hamilton the Media and all the Brits mentioned above are all a bunch of Angry Birds if they had more than one Championship they can add their 2 Cents but to Criticise Max for his stand and defence I think that is premature GET A LiVE BRITS Join Prince Charles Please
Slinging a car up the inside shouldn’t count as being ahead at apex 🤷🏻♂️ lando should have just turned into max it’s the only way he will learn ! Look at max vs Hamilton in monza max turns in and over lewis others should do it to him !! If Norris took both cars out he would be in a better place than he is now
Everybody seems to want to make a 2021 controversy all over again. Norris would never have made the apex that turn, as Vinstella would suggest. But Max leaving the track as well could be something that would change te situation but I still have to see the footage of him actually leaving the track outside of the white lines.
Lets just say that the only reason people should be mad now is because of the inconsistentcy of the FIA and not of the actions of Max. But some people are not familiar with F1 they blame the driver..

could've easily avoided this whole drama if Norris would've left Max in front and afterwards just passing him. Norris obviously had the better pace and could easily overtake max until the end of the race.
It's not fair as max is known for these antics but next never warned about this
