These are some great series! I’ve been considering starting some of L. E. Modesitt’s books for a while. Maybe I might have to get to that in 2025 too. I’ve been focusing on catching up with Stormlight. (Which btw, you were right, Brandon Sanderson is awesome. I know the video I’m referring to of yours is like a year or two old, but thanks for the recommendation on that. It’s been an awesome series.)
I really enjoyed the first 3 books of the Sword of Truth - I need to re-read them. Thanks for the reminder. You should read the Gap Cycle 5-book series by Stephen R. Donaldson - it's a space opera with horror and grimdark. Book 1 is the weakest, but it really takes after that. I need to re-read that series too.
Cool. Recluce saga is very good, but I have only read up to Mag'i of Cyador. Taking an extended break. Currently reading The Runelords, at least the first 4 books. On book 1 right now.
Are you going to read any of the Honorverse books? They're books that are set in the Honor Harrington Universe, though they don't entirely focus on her.

I know I have a handful of those and I have to get out of a rut of just reading with my morning coffee.
@@theorichalcumspider7755 for me, it’s making goals and scheduling time helps me when I’m in a rut of not reading much.

Did I see a 2nd & Charles sticker? I love shopping there!
Yes, we have a Second and Charles in my town and I shop there often.
IDK why but I only enjoy reading at night
i love your channel! 📚📕📖
I’m looking to finally start Dresden Files. Not a huge fan of first person narratives but willing to give it a shot.
Jonathan I may have asked before, I can't remember. But have u ever considered reading Outlander by Diana Gabaldon
@@CC_Reads I would be open to it, but have enough on my TBR that it probably won’t happen for a while.
@@jonathankoan yeah I can imagine 🤣 I'm on book 3 and I think the historical aspects would interest you
Can't wait until you're caught up so we can talk Dresden Files.
Absolutely!

I hope you enjoy the Runelords!

@@colarola7223 I might get to them one day, but don’t plan to until I’ve read more of the main series.
Nice thumbnail! 😅
