Being a drummer, and knowing pretty well all the fills and hits, the drummer sure misses a lot of his stuff when he's playing here. Really makes it hard to watch although the guitar is spot fucking on.

I agree. The only album he did with Unearth was "The March", which to me has the simplest drumming of all their albums. I guess he just wasn't on par with the other drummers they've had.

Not quite. Derek (the drummer in this video) recorded an album with them (The March) and was part of the band for...two years, probably longer. They had Justin Foley of KsE fill in on a tour and also recorded an album with (Darkness in the Light). Nick Pierce, who is the current drummer, is the only real permanent drummer they had since Mike Justian.
