Man, im gonna miss Fredrick A on drums. His playing on Versus the World never ceases to amaze me. That fast action hi-hat on top of that marching beat is so great.

Meaning Ghost, however in 1975 saw a little known band called Kiss open for Sabbath in Baltimore 1975. Kiss destroyed the live Sabbath set. Think they got kicked off any future shows. Yeah, Amon Amarth not likely to do that but they sure know how to lay down a gold standard heavy metal riff.
I used to watch this back in computer lab. I've somehow since managed to be lucky enough to see them on every state side tour since 'With Odin On Our Side' all the way up to their most recent with 'Berserker'. I remember them seeming larger than life back when I first saw the clips from this show, but now they look so ridiculously young. I guess I'm finally getting old. No matter what music I get into, I really appreciate the constant they've become as I come to realize I've grown up alongside them. I'm sure there are many fans out there who feel the same. Derpy Viking I thought the difference between Melodic Death Metal and Death Metal was that melodeath used keyboards and death doesn't. Or something like that...I thought clean vocals vs growls was the difference, but saw that melodeath can fuse growls in with clean so Idk wtf is going on...I know I never saw bands I know to be death metal singing clean or using keyboards. But that means nothing because it's not like I've heard every band of either genre...so any clarification would be cool

I don't think I would call this band death metal death metal typically specifically only talks about extreme Gore like it's a horror movie script in the form of a song this is more like black metal with a lot of emphasis on Vikings

I like the suture risin album and the twighlight of a thundergod...but also the older stuff..the show is brilliant!
