Charli Baltimore spoke candidly about the unexplained failed release of her album, 'Cold as Ice.' The album was supposed to feature stars like Ghostface Killah and NORE. However, the commercial release didn't go as planned. In this clip, Baltimore revealed her confusion and regret over her lack of knowledge about the music business at that time. She pointed out instances where her music was sold without her knowledge, and she was getting calls about her single being out. Also, she mentioned constant album delays and non-explanatory checks being thrown her way. As the situation became clear to her, the rapper asked for her release. Instead, she was told she would have to pay $1.5 million for it. The struggle ended with her finding out that her record company's deal with Sony had already ended, making the payment demand illegitimate.
So basically, once Big passed away Un didn’t know what the hell to do as far as the industry and running a label, so it folded.
Don't say Un didn't kno what he was doing, I think he started to focus on something else you gotta remember he directed lil Kim's video & was doing alot of behind the scene business.. Remember they said that Un was the 1 who supposed to have bootlegged Jay-Z's album so he got caught up in that

He got 64 million to run a label, yet every artist on Un Entertainment says, “They don’t know where the money went”. Cam is the only one who dropped a album then bounced.

They were Never Billboard Top 100 songs, so Un was right they didn’t have the right record, the album would have flop if released. Cold As ice (Charli Debut) was supposed to come out before Cam’s Confessions of Fire but like it said it didn’t have that much steam behind it to be successful.
Alot of people left Un's label. Charli left to be with Murder Inc. Cam left to be with Roc-A-Fella.
