By that logic, For example, IW uses team deathmatch, I guess thats a staple feature of the modern warfare series, I guess black ops can only use Domination! See what i mean? Also MW3 2023 had zombies
to me it was the perfect time for Treyarch to bring back war mode from COD3 properly and not just stitched together from old maps especially with how nice sniping is now
Not having Ground War, Invasion, or Combined Arms is what kept me from buying this game. The offering at launch looks so barebones. I don't like Zombies and most the 6v6 maps look uninteresting. Luckily WZ is free
Yep. I didn't even bother picking up BO6. No Combined Arms either, which was a great big mode in Cold War. I've been playing Reforger since it came out, happy to see you recommending it! There's a fun King of the Hill server like the ones in Arma 3. Conflict is a great mode as well with PvPvE.
Vanguard didn't have it either. Which made 0 sense when it's literally a game in ww2. And cold war had combined arms which was like mini ground war but was an annoying sniperfest
Enter/exit vehicle keys can be quick binded in your settings menu. Aswell as 3rd person view (helps ALOT with modded vehicles to drive in 3pv) also- the elcan scopes have a 1x / 4x toggle on your zoom key, aswell as the ironsight toggle. Vehicles in general you can bind certain keys to such as: ignition on/off, lights, high beams, emergency flashers, full throttle key, ect. Will make vehicle gameplay alot less ass for you.
@TactiGamer you're not the only one. Alot of UA-camrs that play arma don't seem to know that you can remap your binds. Plus arma has SO MANY binds lol. But yeah- and your binds should be persistent through other servers aswell one you have them mapped and saved.
Is this mode what the game Deadside is replicating?! You spawn in and fight players and enemy forces! It's PvPvE too! Missions show up periodically on the map and they vary in difficulty!
Thanks for letting me know that Black Ops 6 doesn't have ground war. I'm not going a fool to purchase a small map game that is all run and gun, and be part of the record-breaking sales for a game that has so many issues and people that purchase COD games are always the Beat testers for months.
to the people who genuinely cant put the pieces together on why bo6 has no ground war let me break it down: Modern Warfare 2019 was focused on being MORE realistic (not exclusively just more than what cod was at the time) and wanted to go for a more boots on the ground approach and was able to have latge scale maps with vehicles and more mid range battles and large range sniping. But that shit is boring to deal with for most people, fighting snipers isnt FUN, cod players want something purely moment to moment enjoyable which is fine when you only get maybe an hour or two a day to play with BO6 they said fuck it we are making a action movie as a video game, like it was in the promotional materials, they want close range, fast paced, movement heavy gameplay, while whie somewhat grounded in reality, long range maps are horrible for that playstyle because now you limit the movement and action in favor of more open and mid range battles, ruins the gameplay the game is balanced around and makes it harder to balance the game, its better for a game to sacrifice players for the sake of focusing on one sort of gameplay than doing multiple and ruining the game for it if you dont like that, thats fine, but dont expect cod to be squad, or arma, or tarkov, it is and always has been an arcade shooter, and will probably continue to be one, if thats nit your thing anymore and like me you got older and fell out of those games, just play something else, the beauty of variety!!
One gamemode you are gonna love is King Of The Hill aka KOTH some of the best servers out there, but one advice if i may, DO NOT GIVE UP you WILL die a lot...
I love bo6 but why? No ground war??? That was one of the best modes bruh. Hopefully they bring it back.
