thats one of the best lc to use on gallagher so he can generate more sp from that 20% adv forward on BA the other lc thats good for him is qpq for energy regeneration who is real lc provide BE and self sustain but doesnt need it much especially with gallagher e4 make his besotted debuff have more uptime to heal himself. at e6 with a decent BE relic and full spd he can heal well with hmc on team that both qpq and multi is actually better to use
