It was tough but fun. All the crying to happy movements i had were good🫂 all the time i wasted was not being wasted but me being happy in doing that i realised this a few days ago!

This video is so lovely & came at a great time for me!! My summer... well there was languishing at first. Hiding away from everything I needed to feel and process behind screens. Then there was being in gorgeous places and feeling awful. Then there was camping, plenty of dirt and mosquito bites and yet feeling like I was in paradise. Quiet nights where I felt loud and staticky, and sunny afternoons being around noise and endless movement yet feeling tranquil, so at home. Limerence being intense and turbulent yet all of the sudden anchored by quiet awareness that truth may be accepted and admired even more. Wondrous and frustrating, overthought yet underprocessed, whole yet unfinished. That's this summer for me.
"God has given us so much yet many people can take it for granted." This is very true. Most people never stop for a second to realize all the blessings around them, rather focusing on all the hate and evil that pollutes this world
