Overcome with emotion , it is great to hear a band play album tracks that were Quo the real Quo ......not the commercial crap they released . The Real Quo tracks from the mid 70's. I can't wait to see this band in October 2023 at the Scottish Quo Weekender. Lastsaw them at Minehead where they werethe highlight by far.... of the weekend. Safe journey over the water to you guys and see you in Glasgow......
Heb ze vorige week voor het eerst gezien op Schanspop, GEWELDIG!!! Spelen geen noot verkeerd, wat een techniek. De volgende optredens staan voor mij al gepland, deze band ga ik dit jaar nog een paar keer zien!!!!
Close to AL's best song Imo. To be fair to current Quo line ups they didn't try to play like the albums and that was much to do with Francis. Must have been hard for AL tho because I think this is how he would have liked Quo songs played.
They.... the frantic four did ring of change, i saw the light, mad about a boy, oh what a night, or some album tracks who wasnt so popular for some reasons a short time in the live Set...over and done, accident prone, slow train were hard driving songs, the power to perform them were extrem, rick parfitt alone was an enorm powerhouse, they were huge in 1974/75/76, they had the songs in their live set to perform, alone backwater/ just take me, railroad ect, were all heavy boogie songs and to perform were not that easy, it looks easy, but it isnt... so you must understand that not all songs did it in the set, great to have coverbands like status quotes to make the frantic four alive again.
Played as it should be, energy, passion and the quo swing. Excellent.

Great to hear album tracks you didn't hear live with Quo. Especially when they're done so well.

The Lead break is very hard to play and he 'nailed' it.

Great performance! What tuning is it, with capo on the 7th fret?
This was written by ALAN LANCASTER.
