Yes, her pelvic floor movement is for helping to release pelvic floors that are too tight. What you have to remember is in our somatic movements you first contract the muscles that you then want to release and lengthen. Do the contraction phase very gently so that you can make sure you are able to release adequately. Thank you.
@@somaticsforyou yeah I think that when I started watching it when she said to tighten the stomach muscles, etc. I just left the video… I will give it another try… I know that Deborah Bowes , I hav has one on here for pelvic floor that I have done and she never seems to talk about trying to tighten the muscles first. It’s always a message of on the end breast allow the vaginal area to expand bit as if you were breathing out and then as you release that you noticed the going inward.
