    Thank you such a wonderful class always full of learning. That movement you are looking for a name reminded me of dancing. In my notes I called it the dace of that Talus :) I love what you said about imposing a pattern, how do you teach this idea? I hope you speak more about this. Thank you agin, loved the lesson

    Excellent ! Thank you so much Susan ! This will be really helpful for my restricted right ankle and lower leg ! I can hardly slide my right foot outwards or raise on the ball of the foot ( toes are gripping ) I will try to release my fibula bone and do these movements throughly the day
    I have also noticed I hyperextend my knees
