CN 2775 (Ex-CitiRail) Leads Large M326 | Rare Power | Railfan Meetup | 01/02/25

Hello!
Welcome to 2025 and the video was recorded on Thursday, January 2nd at 2:56pm. I didn’t get any New Year Day trains mainly because there wasn’t many running due to holiday and power issues. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting a special set of power to be running on M326-02. From a reliable source, M326 ran with a pair of CN power engines, which is very rare on the GR sub nowadays. I think I took a late lunch break or I left work early to grab this train. Either way, it was a good start to 2025 and met up with ‪@grrailfan‬ and ‪@thebowlingrailfan9110‬ there.
M326-02 @ 14:38 eastward reported by the Defect Detector mp CG19.1 Zeeland, Mi with 504 axles. CN engine (ex CitiRail colors) #2775 + mid dpu CN engine #2981 & 123 cars (70 loads + 53 empties). Many thanks to Pudgy for the consist info

Huge train but nice catch. Looks pretty cold up there.. We are supposed too get more snow Sunday. Still have snow on the ground from last storm. Very unusal for Maryland been quite a few years since we have gotten this much snow.
