The cop lied and said the guy didn’t want him in his parking lot. If you rewind, The guy didn’t have any problem. Second the cop didn’t have no right to pat the guy down. Hopefully all charges are dismissed and a lawsuit incoming.
@@ElliottsTogthat’s debatable. Resisting yes but attacking no. And resisting is a secondary offense. Cop would have to have a reasonable suspicion that the guy he tried to pay down committed a crime.
