If you can see there were almost no flowers on it this year, this is how I got plant from them, was very disappointed, it didn't flower at all, so I left this leggy plant how it was for winter time, didn't touch it. This year it gave flowers on all old wood stems, massive heads, but very heavy to hold, it didn't look good, arching stems. I am not sure what to do this year, might cut down old stems, leaving fresh new growth

Hmmm, This is not how I was told. Mophead Hydrangeas should not be pruned because flowers are coming from last year's stems.

I bought one of Gardening express recently and it’s tall with bear stems foliage at top only
