When I first heard the title of this EP, I thought it was a tribute to the band Deliverance (who wrote a song based on the book “This Present Darkness”).
Out of curiosity, did This Present Darkness have any relation to the book of the same name that’s based on spiritual warfare as described in the Book of Ephesians? Also, I just found y’all, I love what y’all are doing 🤟✝️
@@cdubfilms Thanks! And no, I may have heard the book title somewhere before , but the book itself didn’t have any influence on the title of the EP or the song. I just thought the term “This Present Darkness” perfectly encapsulated how the period of life I was going through at the time.

It’s an early 90’s thrash classic.
This guy definitely has a similarity to Brian Posehn.
