    If you are meditating two hours every morning and only focusing on your breathing and calmness of your mind, I applaud you for your effort and commitment, but you really are wasting your time. If you’re just gonna do that then reduce it to 20 minutes and get in with your day. However, if you are meditating for two hours a day everyday and have learned to cultivate your chi and circulate your chi throughout your body, then you are truly at another level that very few practitioners of meditation can achieve. I guarantee, those that claim they are meditating for long periods of time throughout the day are not cultivating their chi. Take yourself to the next level. And there are levels after that as well.
