We are in the era where increment & bonus are not standardised, but based on performance. Time to reflect on yourself!😝

You know what is more clear ? ALL real estate should be govern like any financial service. Be it their marketing process and advertisement or process. Because if we REALLY WANT to continue relying on real estate as the bedrock of Singaporeans wealth, THEN it needs to be regulated like a financial service. Marketing should adhere to strict governance and it should
Be done quickly ! And fast ! Stop delaying ! Why so slow ! Housing is a bubble BIGGER than than financial sector now.

I still see property agent dooor knocking but insurance agent cannot … why ? It could be highly likely that such LAXED governance that allowed all these property problems in the first place ! The government does not know how to govern ? Or doesn’t want to govern ? Either way, I see it as very LAXED governance on real estate.

Why are the 99-1 property owners given the option to voluntarily step forward instead of making it mandatory? What if these are rich PRs?

Tax evasion is illegal. But is tax avoidance illegal?
Eg buying a mother buys an iPad in MY and use it for 5 mins before gifting it to her son who then holds it and brings it into SG - that's tax avoidance - so how?

because in Singapore people are too practical and always want to make more $$$, whereas people in larger countries have a life to enjoy and won't bother to kiasu properties 😃

@@lambertois11 im a hawker myself in a polytechnic foodcourt. Jokes on you. I know 1st hand how rich Singaporean are. Humans like to complain about being poor because they compare upwards. Stay HDB say condo rich. Stay condo say landed rich. Stay landed say having several landed then is rich. Several landed say having overseas properties then is rich. It never ends. Thats how billionaires continue to want to make more money rather than retire.
We hawkers are self-sufficient. Do not need your fake concern and pity. We are entrepreneurs who take charge of how much we earn regardless less or more
