i wish i could wear goth makeup but honestly i can barely wear my normal full face before i get incredibly overstimulated! do u have any tips for thiss? 😅
HAHA you're asking me this while i have an oily face full of purple alien makeup, eating chips in a dark room to calm myself down to film. to be honest, i HATE wearing full faces of makeup. i hate paint, i hate big cosplays, but it just looks so cool. my best advice is to listen to your needs. put in earplugs, drink water, keep yourself fed. wearing makeup sucks, if you want to do it, you will be overstimulated as hell. just try to keep all the other things bothering you at a minimum so you don't have a meltdown. being neurodivergent is extremely difficult. try to get yourself slowly used to wearing more and more t until you get there :)
