Nathan, how accurate are the hash marks on injection pump and the timing chain housing as far as lining them up and assuming the IP timing is "correct". Do you ever actually time the IP? and if so what timing numbers do you see at idle and at 1300rpm's? Talking about the 6.5L diesel. thanks.
I would love to see step by step videos from you bud. there isn't many Humvee step by step replacing videos. I'm stuck with my power steering right now. it needs to be changed but I am not a mechanic and found how to replace the power steering pump video, but couldn't find a video on how to loose the belts tension to remove the pully and than the power steering pump. please advise with this issue. thank you
