Håller med, är väl runt 5 bryggerier jag köper NEIPA ifrån. Andra bryggerier som gör annan god öl kan inte leverera NEIPA på den nivå man vill åt. Och de bryggerierna måste ju även ta ut liknande pris som "de 5" bryggerierna gör pga humlekostnad. Så det är nog inte riktigt en stil för alla bryggerier idag!
Precis. Svårt motivera lägga 50-60 spänn på en öl om när man redan vet på förhand att ölen troligen kommer vara under 3.75 - 4 av 5 i betyg. Lagt alldeles för mycket pengar på mediokra neipor, så kör bara på "säkra kort" nu för tiden och är betydligt mer kräsen. Tycker vi som gillar hantverksöl borde prata mer som sånt här och våga kritisera öl som är medioker - även ölen kommer från ett "hantverksbryggeri".
Yes, I liked it! It was decent, and very fresh - at a good price point. I however also said it was a very basic NEIPA, by today's high standards, and nothing ground breaking. I filmed this very late in the evening - was my only beer I drank. Sorry about the poker face haha.😅
@@thebeerhedonist Thanks for the reply... I enjoyed the beer myself but I live in Italy where the neipa style isn't that appreciated and therefore it is hard to get great ones. For us here o/o and stigbergets are imported a lot and are ??as good as it gets. Which NEIPA would you recommend ?
@@michaelknight4210 You want recommendations of beers from Stigbergets and O/O Brewing? Stigbergets release new NEIPA's quite often in Sweden. Another one I had recently from Stigbergets was RANTA REI, which was quite good. Unusual Horizons is a good DIPA from them as well. IMO Stigbergets and Omnipollo makes the best NEIPA's in Sweden. I would highly recommend Omnipollo as well, as their NEIPA's are probably the closest thing you can get in Europe that is similar to hype beers from USA. O/O doesn't release much NEIPA's nowadays. They have their core line, like Narangi, and their 50/50-series with a variety of hop combinations. They are decent, but I think O/O's passion are west coast IPA's, hoppy pilsners, barley wines and stouts - particularly barred aged stuff. When it comes to barrel aging O/O Brewing brew the best stuff in Sweden - for sure.
