Paulson's teaching is always excellent. But Coach, you have got to lose some weight. Like Seagal, you'll lose some credibility by being overweight. Remember, the BUDO shows up in Mind, BODY, and Spirit!. Thanks for sharing your skills with us.
Spartacus Antipas Loose credibility?? Do you not know who this man is? Did Cus Damato loose credibility while training Tyson because he was old and short? Thats a very stupid comment. The man is not fighting anymore, he's teaching, and he can still move!

Of course I know who he is, but FITNESS is a life style and YOU LEAD BY EXAMPLE ! He's in the Martial Art business!! I love his work, but he's got to lose weight.
