When i play 5 min blitz, i use hikaru's mindset and it makes me a sharper player. Even when i'm playing bad the benefits from trying to play like him recover the games.
i realized you can rely on people blundering premoves at the end game. the amount of times levy gets away with blunders due to pre moves is disgusting i will have to do more of this

One way to release pressure and set better goals is your own conversion. So it makes a huge difference to say I will make moves like Hikaru instead of I have to. And you will ;)
