I just bought some of the freeze dried gummy clusters. I'm not sure why they didn't puff out with your machine. They should puff up to about two inches. And they are super delicious!

Hey, my mom has a freeze dried business called Krunchi Munchies, and I can tell either you guys did something wrong or maybe the machine was on the wrong setting. Because basically none of these looked like they turned out right because they're not supposed to still be chewy or hard, most of the time candies are airy like the taffy. Also just to let you know, chocolate doesn't really freeze dry, and neither does candies like sour patch kids since they're more of a jelly texture compared to gummy worms. Like the gummy worms, high chew, and nerds clusters are supposed to puff up and become sort of crunchy and airy. So yea definitely gotta fix something with your machine or how you're "cooking" them. Anyways, love your videos! Hope I helped a bit, lol🥰
