To my ears these 3rd Gen Air pods are more comfortable compared to the newer Pro version with the soft gel tips. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgl8SzyQoymMu-S3V55Dskg5QJ8xr1yCR That said, compared to the 3rd Gen, I notice these do not stay planted in the ear as well. One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.

They were a gift and the "quick start" manual was as confusing as setting the clock on a VCR...yep I'm that old school. These new things are very confusing to us "old timers" and thanks to you it's a little easier and less overwhelming to use. I felt the same way and I am turning 22 tomorrow! I got them as a birthday gift and got to use them for the first time today. The whole time, I felt like they were too wobbly and in the end, I even contemplated returning them. While watching all the reviews, this was the first one to show this type of placement and although when one looks at the add photos, they seem to put them the other way around, this feels much more secure. I am definitely confused which is the right way but I'll continue using them like shown in this video because I don't want to lose them on my way home some day...
I bought these! They are awesome BUT when they start to get low on battery (30% or so which isn't even that low) they mute your music entirely and make a notification sound then turn your music back up again. THEY EACH DO THIS INDIVIDUALLY!! FOR LIKE THE LAST 2 HOURS OF BATTERY EVERY 15 MINUTES!!! It's so annoying oh my gawd there is no reason for them to do that for 2 hours wtf and of course one is at 30% and making sounds and the other one is at 32% so it's turn comes in 9 minutes. About 4 minutes after that the damn other one goes off again because it's at 25% now and so on for 2 HOURS. I'm going to take them back such a shame.
I have these for a year now. Still working great and had no issues with them at all. Only 2 remarks, they are quite big in size, and long before the battery is ended volume is muted and get a notification from each earbud every 10 minutes or so. That can take up to 2 hours??!!! Totally unnecessary.

I am sorry, but this video was not helpful in any way. What app is used? Can you hear conversions around you while wearing them? Other than listening to music, can they be used on computer zoom, along with other computer apps, like mic...?
Sorry to hear that Earl and thanks for watching. It's difficult to cover every scenario people may have but I appreciate the feedback and will use it in future videos. It blocks out conversation well with the ANC and you can ambient aware do you can have a conversation whilst listening to music. You can use them on things like zoom etc but it depends on your computer and how it connects. Hope this helps 😀
You can only use with one device at a time unlike the jabra brands which could be paired with multiple devices. No gesture control etc. If you're new to this earbuds stuff and this is your first time that's fine. But for other users coming from other brands you might be disappointed like me.

Same problem here. Sounds great when I hold them in, but no matter which tips used they fall out. Such a shame. Anybody find any memory foam tips that fit these?
I love that earbuds they're long lasting more than 8 hours but I can't fit them in my ears I mean they fit but they don't stay in because I don't know how to put them in right how do you use the earbuds
NEVER EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT. This product is so bad that ALWAYS when i want to connect it with windows it always takes like 15 to 30 minutes to connect with windows. So it does pair, but not connect. Secondly the sound will fade away and comes back like every single second after like 5 to 30 minutes. Very dissapointing. All JBL products and fabulous but the earbuds reallllly realllly suck. Untill then, JBL has A LOT of homework to do. Goodbye hard earned 125 euros.... all down the drain

I think with these there is the "right way" and then the way that works for your own ear. I've tried everyway and mine work perfect with the light pointing straight up!

Got these buds as a gift from work , and happened to come across this video while wearing them ! They are very comfortable and sounds great. 3/4 charged out of the box haven't charged them since.

Play around with the ear piece selection.went with the large and the bass and overall sound just popped.i recomend.
