I'm not 100% sure, I've only tested this on my 2015 Jeep and older trailers. Couple notes though, did you try rezeroing it in between uses? I've also read that some paint thickness gauges have trouble reading on fiberglass cars. Is your Corvette fiberglass as well? Hope you get it sorted!
Any thoughts I bought this and work on all my vehicles except my 2023 c8 corvette, what am I missing?

They normally have fiber glass this doesn’t read fiber glass base
