Yes there is a slope made from concrete as this much of water force will deteriorate the inside water bed. This slope is used to reduce the energy of water
To me it's never spillway, it's water coming out of tunnels after running the turbines to generate electric power. That's why such dams are called "HYDEL" dams
Don't be too smart Sohail, you can ask if you don't know. I will tell you, this is water coming from tunnel but not after running turbine. It was spare tunnel in hydel dam at that time when I record this video in 2013, they open it for cleaning only that's why you see mud accumulation with water in start... Now currently 1500MW power station is installed on this tunnel. Now on this tunnel you can see this force of water.
Haha bro, it was not recorded for youtube posting purpose. I record it during my visit to power station for myself only 11 years ago. I just share with you guys also. I F I was recording for UA-cam posti g purpose then I would use stand or stabiliser

The water is coming from tunnel, you can't go that near to see while spillway is open

Who every was filming did not do a good job of filming it was shaking and going all over the place no good film.
