No one wants to feel icky after taking a shower and a top quality shower filter can give you the piece of mind to know that the water you are showering in is free of chemicals like chlorine and debris.

Thank you so much for this honest review! As a women who is in the target demographic for this Jolie thing, I have gotten a MILLION annoying ads from them. And I have been wanting to get a filter of my shower to help keep my dumb beloved expensive blonde hair healthy 😂 I have naturally always been skeptical of products “influencers” are talking about, seems too expensive and too good to be true. I have VITACLEAN shower filter and nothing can beat that! It has Vitamin C and essential oils. Healed my dry skin and creates a spa like experience at home!

Some great information for consumers would actually be how well this shower head filters out hard water. I mean, that's one of their main selling points and why so many women are interested in this product. For example, I live in Las Vegas and the water here is notoriously terrible. Without a water softener, your skin and hair are extremely dry and brittle. I bought a filtered water pitcher and tested the water with strips and it STILL had a crap load of chlorine and hard minerals. That filter didn't even last a week before it needed to be replaced. Imagine buying an expensive product like the Jolie only to find out that the water filter doesn't even last 30 days and/or doesn't get the results you want (or they claim). Anywho, I'll probably purchase it now and test it myself, but just thought I'd offer constructive criticism when making reviews on shower heads with filters. This is what the ladies (and likely some gents) REALLY want to know ;) Otherwise, great review, Sir.
The Jolie is just an overpriced showerhead with a decent kdf filter, it doesn’t soften water they don’t even claim to do that. The only product that really does soften water, that I’ve seen, is the showerstick

I bought it and I measured the water and it’s exactly the same! I live in San Diego, water here is horrible 340 to 360… I installed the Jolie… measured the water… exact same thing 😔

Thanks, I'm the demographic for Jolie but refuse to pay that price. I'll go with the Sprite instead. I had a feeling the Amazon one I was using was fake.
Can you review the t3 Source Hand-Held Shower Filter? I was thinking of buying the Jolie but I prefer a handheld so I don’t break my back showering my dog. Unless you recommend another brand that is handheld that purifies your water?

So glad I found your channel. I live in Canada, and the JOLIE is just too expensive with shipping and the exchange rate. Do you know of any Canadian websites with good shower filters? I have the Berkey one, but now the filter needs to be replaced, and it has been sold out for months, and I don't want to keep waiting. My goal is better hair and skin. Budget around $100-$300. I am from Las Vegas, NV. After 5 months, I finally decided to buy the ph strips to see if there was any difference because I was not seeing any difference in my hair or my skin. Either our Vegas water is awesome or Jolie is a scam. I tested bottled water, faucet water, distilled water, filtered water, and of course water from the Jolie filtered showerhead. The only one that showed something different was the distilled water. I stopped the subscription, and if I could have given this back and got refunded, I would have. My advice, check the guarantee or money back, and if you have 30 days, make sure you test the water and compare.

Interesting! I just left a comment saying the opposite about LV water. I've lived here for 10 years and it's the WORST water, ever. My last home had a water softener, so I was never really aware of how bad the water is until I moved to a home without one. Unfortunately, the home I'm currently in doesn't have the option to install a water softener, or I'd be all over it. Instead, I'm having to search high and low for an alternative, such as the Jolie shower head. As I said in my comment above, I bought a filtered water pitcher and tested the water with strips and it STILL had a crap load of chlorine and hard minerals. The pitchers filter didn't even last a week before it needed to be replaced. Imagine buying an expensive product like the Jolie only to find out that the water filter doesn't even last 30 days and/or doesn't get the results you want (or they claim).
I just tested the water (with my TDS meter) from the jolie filter and compared it to the unfiltered water..the results weren't much different. In fact, the jolie filter showed a higher # which means it contains more Total Dissolved Solids
Were you able to test the chlorine prior and after to see if it’s for real? If it removes or drastically reduces for the $ I’d be interested.

Hey bro I installed the sprite filter in my shower as well as a new shower head and though it works great, there’s been this high pitched whistling/ screaming noise that comes out of my shower pipe/ head whenever water is turned on from anywhere in the house. Have you had this experience before and if so do you know how to fix it?
Did you use Teflon tape to wrap the threads before screwing it on?
How in the world did you effortlessly take off the head? I’m killing my hand trying to lefty loosey it to replace the filter and it won’t budge! 😢

I called the company and they said don’t be afraid to twist hard or even remove it altogether. That worked. On my other one it took several tries before it came unscrewed. But now I’m thinking of cancelling. So tired of being screwed. I got this and filter baby for Mr daughter’s acne. Nothing changed
@@lovehonesty thank you! For your daughter’s acne, try a tablespoon of ORGANIC apple cider vinegar in a full glass of water in the mornings, 30 min before eating and she should see the reduced inflammation in a day!

How does this compare with Aquasana? Could you please provide your thoughts?

In summary, both Jolie and Aquasana offer filtered shower heads with different filtration technologies, performance levels, and designs. Choosing between them would depend on your specific preferences, budget, and desired level of filtration for your shower water. However, If I were to choose between the two I would go for the Aquasana since its had KDF 55 filtration which is referred to as the best filters. Our filters, the Sprite inline Shower Head filter also uses KDF filtration.

This is a more complicated topic. While shower filters may partially remove lead, to have a satisfactory result, you would have to have a whole house carbon filter.
This is a salesman, just remember everyone.
We think it is also fair to say that we kept it as a real review and we didn't try to plug in our products.
What is you used your shower filter with a Jolie shower head filter would it be 2x filtered?
We wouldn't say it would multiply the effects times 2, because it would have diminishing returns. It would certainly filter out more stuff that just having one, for sure!

Hello Justin.. Do you suppose when using an inline shower filter with my own showerhead, which has had the flow restrictor taken out, could reduce or affect the quality of the water? I understand the Sprite sl2 inline kdf55 media I am using has it's own max flow rate. I wasn't sure if simply once it has passed through to the head could an open flow rate affect the quality? Obviously the filter will have to be changed sooner if more is passing through so your thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks for the help.
Hi there! Using an inline shower filter with the regulator removed should not significantly affect water quality, as long as the filter's max flow rate isn't exceeded. However, keep in mind that a higher flow might lead to faster filter saturation. Best to monitor and change the filter as needed. Cheers!

Yes, this shower head has a swivel ball at the connection area.
Question bro,I heard water softeners and filters are good for dry skin, But it also worries me that putting a filter will not "clean" me like the regular without filter water. Like what if the shower filter makes our skin softer but it isnt really like sort of "exfoliating" because "SOFT" water wont take all the dirt with it leaving behind grime.
It’s actually the opposite. Soft water will wash all the soap and residue off

hard water is known for causing mineral build up and doesn’t wash your soap and stuff off properly. so it supposed to be the opposite with soft water
@@myalane9905 thanks bro, Two people confirmed this now im more confident this is true. I have problems with dry scalp since i was about 13. I'm 23. It happend after i moved in to the house i live in now. Ive done research and the city says its the "safest water" and the shower water is drinkable. Okay cool. But i did my research and its very hard water. Im going to need to invest in a water filter at minimum.
You might look into a water conditioner, which filters water, rather than a water softener, which adds salt to your water. Whole hose conditioners are available. There is also reverse osmosis (RO). I think it's pricey, but probably the best.@@krow1503

This is no magic product whatsoever but people nowadays love hype so i get it. Ive been using a SHOWER FILTER for almost 20 years and it's done wonders for me as it should cause its FILTERING out all the bad crap that's in our water supply. It shocks me tho how millions of people have never known about shower filters.
And in case you're wondering YES there are way BETTER SHOWER FILTERS you can buy so i personally wouldn't go with this jolly one but that's my opinion based off knowledge and experience :)
