After all the videos and all the books I’ve read i was hoping to find what’s the problem inside and I’ve searched for meaning and I think I found what I was looking for in this video.thank you brother.
I have had to let go of so much the past few years . I think that things should be the same as they once were but life changes & I have to learn to quit living in the past .

Jason, You're helping me to get myself mentally and physically stronger. I follow your training channel too... As I get stronger physically, I get stronger mentally, and it's true the other way around I find. I am gradually learning to escape a brutal heartbreak 7 months ago, I am trying to experience now only, let go of my story, the echo of my painful relationship is leaving me, less and less destructive chatter. I want the current truth about me, and that only, and you are helping.
It's like I said in the beginning of this video. Not everyone will want to let go of the story that they put so much work into building. :) The story has to become painful enough that one is finally done with it. That point is usually when the spiritual journey begins. :)
+stevesurv You did NOT have to tell Jason, someone didn't like his videos. That is hurtful! Somethings are better left unsaid! "if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all". Didn't Jason teach you PEACE and KINDNESS. I'm sure he doesn't have to do these videos for us either, but, he takes the time out of his day, for these beautiful videos....Sorry Jason!
