Idealist is awesome. (pore minimizer). I never had an issue with it and it made my skin look flawless. To me it is not any thinner than the Advanced Night Repair. You may have gotten a bad bottle or expired. I work for Estee Lauder and love this line.
I've used Estee Lauder for years. They have great makeup removers. I like the lipsticks, too. Every year at Christmas, I get the latest makeup "kit" from my grandma. She also includes a full skin care kit as well as a new fragrance. This year, she switched up the scent, and I am using Modern Muse. The lotion is soft, and the perfume smells nice. The best part of the holiday. Also, the Micro Essence is the best!!
Im sorry but the idealist pore minimizer is amazing. I have used this for over 10 years and i have noticed a amazing difference. It is not watery it is actually a pretty thick consistency.

The idealist pore minimizer isn't the one you showed in the video, in the video you showed the clear difference serum that was indicated for acne prone skin and it's descontinued.
Right, most people assume if a product dries out or tightens the skin it's because it has soap in it. This is not the case, some products are stringent or astringent for oily or dry skin.

Funny. My mom wore this brand and that is why I have wore it all my life. I am 51. My daughter doesn't like it but I feel it is because there is currently an explosion of new brands to explore.
A few ideas for eye creams that help with dark circles: "All about eyes" by Clinique does a fantastic work and also helps with puffs! "Ibuki" eye cream by Shiseido is great also and has that tinted makeup-like effect that you talked about. And Clarins have an eye gel that also does a fine job!
Have you ever considered trying the oils of life under eye cream from The Body Shop? It literally has what you were looking for, its a gel texture that has a golden shimmer to it and its a bit tinted, it helps add radiance to your under eye and it won't clump if you put concealer under your eyes. After weeks of use, your under eye will lighten, I was using it religiously and I dropped it and it broke and with corona happening I can't go and buy and I don't like how their online warehouse works. Now my dark circles are noticeable, but I'm home and I don't care right now haha
Pore minimizer wasn't watery at all. It was thick enough, the night repair is more watery comparatively. It also worked nice for me, oily skin that is.
Estee Lauder is my number 1 brand when it comes to skin care or foundations. I also recomand you to try from the Advanced Night Repair the eye cream and the Recovery Mask-in Oil. This oil does wonders for my acne prone sensitive skin, a true miracle combination with the ANR serum
muchylisima your comment is really helpful! I have blackheads in like every single pore. I used to only get them on my nose, but now even my under eye area has them. I get huge pimples once a month around my mouth and chin that scar even if I dont touch them. I am going to try the products you mentioned. I am just wondering what type of acne you have so I have a better idea if this will help my acne or not. I will probably buy it anyway though lol
Lived the eyeshadow platte , however you said it's no longer available is there any other eyeshadow platte that you have used that is still available? That you would recommend ? beautiful lipcolor you are wearing. What is it? I mix a little bit of the double wear stay in place foundation with foundation that do not stay so long, so it is still not too heavy but it wears longer. :-)
I've been using the Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex from Estee Lauder for 6 months now and have not seen any difference on my dark circles. Very disappointed, it was not cheap, will definitely not buy it again. I think I won't even finish it, am already looking for a new eye cream.
saumya jain i like a lot la roche possay bb cream for pore reduction it works sooo well!! But of course is not a treatment just something to put on and make you look much better during the day

Ashley Elaine, I agree! I've been using the Estee Lauder Night Repair serum for years, and that has never happened to any of my bottles, but I've only ever purchased directly from Estee Lauder. She mentioned purchasing it at the airport. That makes me wary about purchasing cosmetics at the airport. Hers must be a fake. You really have to be careful who you're purchasing from. If the lettering is coming off the bottle, you can't help but wonder what's in the serum.
The worst part about the fakes going around, is that some or most of these reviews and customer comments are being made on the fake product and not the genuine one, making the product look bad.
Right. I wouldn't trust anything from an airport vendor. I bought the serum at my local Herbergers and everything seems legit except the dropper doesnt work and it looks like a dropper another youtuber said was fake. The serum isnt as dark either. I am going to be taking it into the store and ask for a replacement as I dont like having to touch the dropper with my skin. You wouldn't think a estee lauder counter would have a fake but you never know if a staff member would be switching out. I've lost so much product from the dropper not working. And it just doesn't seem to work as well as everyone else claims.
Ashley Elaine your Advanced Night Repair should not be dark. It should be a light cream color. If it is dark, I don’t think you should use it. I had one of the large bottles which I used until it was two thirds gone then switched to another product for nearly a year and when I went back to the Advanced Night Repair, it had darkened substantially, so I tossed the remainder. I do love the product though.

I believe what replaced the idealist illuminate is a serum called "Enlighten" or something similar to it, in a blue container just like the idealist and perfectionist. I'm pretty sure it's the same product just renamed and maybe in an improved formula.

Aww try only using one drop.. I love Glo’s Renew serum for break outs it used to be drunk elephants TLC I love both actually but Glo is less then half the price and works so good so I reach for it more... both have BHA and AHA acids so you can only use them at night a even thin layer wait 20 mins then moisturizer and in the day when using any acids you need a good sunscreen because it’s basically new skin and you want to keep it protected

With all due respect the Estee Lauder ANR looks like it could be fake with the writing coming off the bottle, I have used mine for ages, and just after seeing your video, tried to use my finger nail and remove any of the lettering on my bottle and nothing happened, though...you might of had another product on your fingers when opening that bottle, and it could of softened it maybe. Was Just my observation:) xx

Gabriella Gulyás I don’t use their eyeliners or mascaras. Those suck compared to what else is out there like Stila, Urban Decay, and Makeup Forever.

Estee LAuder cleansers do not contain soaps in them. Its a cleanser but no soaps. Clinique does contain soap. Please do not confuse the public.

Maybe the Perfectionist has replaced the Idealist? The containers for the products look the same.
