The Eagles stormed home in the final quarter to defeat an injury-riddled Geelong side at their new home in Perth.

What a performance GO EAGLES
Our young squad have a few fade out issues however their enthusiasm is a rally nice by product.
Fade outs are just something we're going to have to wear unfortunately. Just par for the course of young sides.

Ok Sam you want me to say something nice about geelong. There always in games. Hawkins is very good at kicking important goals. There very good at making comebacks even though sometimes they can't finish them. I think what geelong miss is playing at there old home ground,teams could never beat them there it was almost a guarantee win
As an eagles fan i have great admiration for sides like the cats and Collingwood that aren't afraid to travel interstate,unlike one side i know that doesnt go further than 100 yards fron the mcg
Collingwood travelled less than Richmond in 2019 you absolute imbecile. Anyways, Richmond are all set to move into a hub in a couple of weeks and should be pretty good

My humble prediction for 2018 from a simple fan.
Suns play against Richmond in the Grand Final in front of 150,000 supporters. Richmond are 90 points up in the last quarter. Suns kick 20 goals in the space of 2 minutes. The two teams are neck and neck. Richmond are in front by 5. Suns mark on the siren. They take a shot, and miss. TIGERS WIN! But then, it turns out that all the Richmond players are actually crab people and start attacking the supporters. Death and chaos everywhere. Then, from the sky comes Gary Ablett, back in Gold Coast colours. He uses his laser vision to disintegrate all the crab people. The day is saved. Gillon McLachlan strips the Tigers of all points and gives the Suns 500 goals. Suns win the 2018 Premiership! They then proceed to win the next 20 premierships in a row.
Those are my predictions. What do you guys think?

Weak by both teams, Geelong had a horrible start and eagles fell asleep. If they want to make finals or even be a threat at a flag they can’t go goalless for a whole quarter, it seriously won’t cut it.

Geelong geelong geelong you lost to two teams who you should of beaten. I said it last week and I will say it again they are overated. you had so much momentum in the third quarter and couldn't do anything in the 4th.so pathetic. GO THE SUN'S
