After going through these ten days (as required for another course) I've purchased the rest of this one to go through as well.
I clicked on the comment space and paused, I just can't find the words to describe how much useful this video is and your approach, this is what I was looking for since I went to university and graduated! I want to understand the language itself not just copy-past steps of building projects.
I can't wait for the next video and the full premium course, I guess it will be the first course I will pay for!

Since i got fired from my previous job, because this all coronavirus situation, i began to teach my self how to code and hopefully get a new job in tech. So far i had learned html, css and them it was the turn for JS. It really seems like a big big challenge, but this quick explanation was actually really good. I gave up many times after watching hours of videos and copying thousands lines of code to finish a web app that at the end, I didn't know how or why the app was the way it was. OMG! I have always loved your teaching style. I have been struggling with JavaScript for so long. It just seems so difficult and I was getting very discouraged. So much so that I haven't done any learning or coding in over a month. I am super excited for these videos. This could be the course that finally gets me over the hump. Anytime I see a coding challenge that requires methods or syntax I know nothing about I weep and just discourage myself that I am dumb. This intro has enlightened me and I believe I will be equipped after completing this series.

you were born teacher, I was always afraid of javascript even though I am pretty good with php etc, but just the instruction and just the way you explain is so easy to understand that a 6 year old child can learn js. Oh! My God. Oh! my God... you are such a great teacher Brad. I just went through lesson 0 and 1 and found it so useful for me. I badly needed one teacher who can make me understand this difficult (especially for me) web language and I found you. I wish that after completing all 10 days JavaScript course, I will be able to understand it much better than before and will be able to create/edit something myself. Fingers crossed...

I am working as web developer on WordPress but I want also learn this through this course so is really complete and understanble or usefull in our interview and work
For whoever is watching this: I watched all 11 videos and just came back here to tell you that they are AMAZING! Much better than CodeCademy and FreeCodeCamp imo. I watched those videos to prepare for a JS Coding Bootcamp which will start next week...but I doubt that those teachers will be even close as great as this man!

as an aspiring WordPress developer I'm excited about this course. Why?
1. Modern starter themes are using Nodejs and JavaScript-based build tools.
2. A React.js-based editor is shipping with WP 5.0.
3. The WordPress Rest API is available but underused. I imagine some of what I learn about MongoDB can be useful here.
Lots and lots of transferable skills and knowledge. Go JavaScript!
