Since you have so much extra snow you could put an extra layer on the outside walls of the cake shop to make it pop a bit more

maybe you could retrofit some secret passage into the nook? decorate it some with things but maybe add a wall of paintings that'd lead to an underground treasury of sort through a ladder?
and also don't worry about the keyboard, honestly the clicking makes it feel more authentic/homey. it's like you've got a friend over skype and you hear him playing thanks to the clicks

Never understood how it was possible to make builds look good in beta, but you're one of those people who can. Granted what qualifies as good imo is probably just meh for some, but the detailing on your buildings are actually very charming, considering the limited block palette especially.
BTW, Glad to see you back! Almost forgot how much i enjoyed hearing your sarcasm and laughter! 😭

Thank you so much! Lately I've found that having a plan on what I'm going to build makes everything so much easier, so I start off by making the build in a creative world with only beta blocks before I go and make them in my beta worlds.
I'm gonna try my best not to run away again lol. This new series is quite fun already, so I think I'm gonna stick with it 😁
