I know this video is not about Sam... but damn, I am so proud of him! I mean this show must be so hard for him as for a white foreigner (or Caucasian if you like). Plus it is a hard core workout but he did it. And he was doing so well! A real inspiration to go to the fitness centrum right before our eyes. So proud!

Henry is on the show for comedy. He may act like a fool for tv sometimes but hes really fit and athletic compare to an average joe. This is just for tv but if it was really in the army he would do pretty well.
this ant a show, well it is, but the training is all real, anybody who has gone on this show, goes through the military shit, accept Henry is such a clown that it makes the instructors go crazy. Hes the only one who has made many Drill Sergeants laugh.

Wenther Xx of course the training is harder than it looks than the screen but this show was found out that it was fake so.....
Trenton Wu the training concept is real but if it was really real they would have bruises or bleeding. I have never met anyone that did real training not bruise while training or got hurt by it. They are lenient on them because they are celebrities and every course they did was cut short by at least 80%. What you see on that variety show is 10% real training with break time in between so don’t say its 100% training. At the end of the day its still a show. And the Korean military drill is less physical than the usa one. I been to both training and as well as my cousin. I guess cause every male Korean citizen has to go for 2 years so the training is a bit different.
