Productive discussion.. Appreciate . I am Misunderstood. Again. My whole point is about quantity. Quantity is the culprit . Usually rice eaters have this tendency of having it small portions with pappu, curry, sambaar, rasam, podi , pickle and there one cross the line . Thali in hotels is an elaborate affair and it is almost like a buffet with unlimited rice . Your craving for rice either in Thali or in Biriyani is what is hampering your fitness goals .
