We’re not talking about the superstar bands in a stadium. We’re talking about a small band hardly anyone knows in an out of the way place that gives you one of the great experiences of your life. Ive got a bit of a taste for hipster artisan coffee but I usually take it away when I go to those places, I can find some but not all of those places a bit cliquey and too middle class.

Hello Mat and crew,you Mr have gone up untold in my estimation, I've watched your visit many,many fine eateries,but you like me and many others,are happiest when presented with a proper fry up!, forget all the other ponsey sh.,full English is the best meal in the world,and for about a tenner!
Everything looks on bloody point, really presented nicely as well. Those butchers sausages look banging as well, near perfection for my personal taste and not greasy looking, especially the hashbrowns which looked crisp. Only thing for me and this is just my preference is that i love my fried eggs runny like that, but when i cook them i like them nice and crispy at the bottom by frying them with a good amount of oil and really high heat, where the yolk still runs when breaking it. I know you did it sometime in 2020 i think , but would be good to see you try cooking your own english fry up again. Keep up the good work Matt, i hope this year you can reach 100k subs, its the only channel i have been coming to consistently for nearly 3 years now. Also just a note, i have seen channels like RMT that were trying to put out videos every single day and lost viewership as people ultimately got bored with the quantity. Stick with these quality over quantity uploads and dont ever feel pressured to do daily uploads, it will just burn you out and the viewers wont appreciate it as much.

Large Smoked or traditional ribs with a bite just how you like it! People travel from all over to try. Only thing is there is always a 45-1:30 wait, but in the bar opposite with a pint!

But going back to my comment, maybe that should be taken into account with the score.
Great down to earth people strong work ethic and really cared what you thought matt, i agree with the score for what you got quality and price! so we don't just do curry's and orange chips in the grater Brum area! keep it up guys onward and upwards! Bosh!

Completely agree. Love Matt's passion for food but it's quite often known by the restaurant who he is and that he's coming to do a review so of course they'll be putting more effort into his food, so the food the average customer gets might not be the same.
