No matter how many times I've watched "From Home" Re-arranged, it still gets me. In a way, I almost wished you saved that for later on down the road. But it does give you a glimpse of their journey. It shows you that all these boys came in at different times, from different countries, from different walks of life, but they're walking down the same path now. Many of them are far away from their families so NCT is their family. The cuts with all their birthdays just shows you how many birthdays they have celebrated together over the years and they finished up the video with Shotaro's most recent birthday and he's one of the newest members added to the group, so the video literally walked you from the beginning of their journey until now. The audio itself was from a live performance from the 2020 MAMA award show, if you have a chance, you should check that out. As for other NCT reccomendations. NCT's journey is absolutely beautiful. I always cry when I see the Dreamies or more... baby Shinki (the 5 Korean members who started in 2013, well Mark was there before 2013). They were babies, they even showed Jisung's school graduation... elementary school graduation. The Dreamies (korean members except Mark) had to dropped out school later on because of a law. When I think of everything they sacrificed for this job (literally having no other real friends than each other... etc.)... it just hits me so much that I just have to cry! The Foreign members too make me cry. They went from their own country (China, Macau, Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan, USA, Canada and Thailand) and found a new home in Korea, with NCT (that's what from home is about). I'm OT23 but when I got my Resonance pt 2 album I got Ten and Taeyong and got a free YangYang card and when I tell you I so happy with those pulls cuz Ten, YangYang and Taeyong are in my top ults for NCT. I'm glad you got lucky and pulled your biases.
I honestly felt like just learning as I went was the most fun for me. I didn’t try to study to learn their names. The more stuff I watched eventually I just did. It took me forever to remember YangYang and Xiaojun’s names when they were added for some reason and I’m not as into Dream, so it took me a while to remember them, too. I’m also finally pronouncing Chenle’s name now lol. Just try not to feel too pressured, it tends to take the fun out of it. I’ve loved NCT since Cherry Bomb came out and I still don’t know everything.

Xiaojun's voice is very angelic that can heal your heart. He's one of my bias in NCT along with Taeyong and Jaemin.
The rearranged version kills me every single time 😭😭😭 It shows them from predebut and working to members slowly being added and debuting. It ends with the NCT 2020 promotions and Shotaro’s birthday celebration (he was added in 2020). In the From Home normal video, the members didn’t know the videos they took of each other were going to be used. Then the second arrangement I’m not sure if they knew about that one at all. The vocals are from the MMAs or MAMA maybe? It makes me emotional every time I watch that version because so many members never get to go home and see their families. Johnny is from Chicago, Mark from Vancouver, Yuta from Japan, Ten from Thailand, many other members from China or a few other places. They sign on to be idols at such a young age and then don’t hardly get to see their families. Some agencies ban them from having cell phones so they don’t get to speak to them either. They sign their lives away and seeing how much they get put through online I wonder how many of them regret the path they chose. 😔

Everytime you compliment Haechan's voice I get so proud and overjoyed. I really look forward to you checking out the dreamies. Other than that I recommend Coming Home which is another vocal based song including Haechan, Doyoung, Taeil and Jaehyun (they are all 127members, Haechan is their maknae with the unique tone, Doyoung and Taeil are the ones who mostly do 127's high notes and Jaehyun is the vocalist with the lower full tone (barritone I think?)) it's such a good song. And also of course Baby don't stop with Taeyong and Ten. Both are NCT U songs. Plus I think you'd love seein Ten's solos (Heroes and Dream in a dream). One more thing probably not many people have asked for but that I think would be really really nice and worth it if you checked it out: Taeyong just created a soundcloud for himself and uploaded two songs; Dark Clouds and it's Remix. They're both amazing, he is such a creative great artist.

The other title track is from home. From home is a really really important song for nctzens because it jas a deep meaning. Everyone of them sing in his mother language so the song is in korean English Japanese and Chinese. The song is meaningful because they sing about how they all left their homes and countries to follow their dream and ended up finding a new home in each others. It's a song about how they were able to overcome all the hardships because they were together and always supporting each others like a family does. That's also why they all sing in their mother languages. And you have to know that since the start nct music was categorized as noise music, it was too sperimental and ahead of their times (so funny how just few years later all new groups started making this kind of music lol sm trendsetter and we all know it). People always doubted nct vocals because they only listened to their title tracks (in fact nct has a lot of vocal centric besides but haters are not gonna check them so...). This song just shut every haters mouths. They performed this song (rearranged version) at mama and left every single person watching speechless.

For a live performance, you NEED to see their whole MAMA 2020 stage! They start with From Home and end with Resonance and it was so epic and beautiful! For other music, definitely some NCT Dream next! "Riding" and "Boom" by them are so good! Then maybe NCT U "Misfit", NCT 127 "Simon Says" and WayV "Take Off". The rearranged ver mv most definitely reduces us to tears. Their journey has been so long and rough and still is! What I love most is how they showed their moments just being together, not necessarily performing or practicing, just being together like Johnny, Mark and Doyoungs sleepover and the Dreamies' late night walks. So many people think that being in a group this large means there's no way they even like each other, which is so ridiculous to me. Obviously, we don't expect them to all be best friends and the members are very honest about their own comfort levels with each other (they created a whole series about making their awkward members hang out). But the fact is they've gone through so much shit TOGETHER and they've all got the same dream and are on the same path. They love and respect each other and some members are as good as brothers. They've really on just started and we know they can do so much more. I've been an NCTzen since 2017 (so not quite since debut), but I'm just excited to continue to watch their journey and see all that they can do.

I honestly felt like just learning as I went was the most fun for me. I didn’t try to study to learn their names. The more stuff I watched eventually I just did. It took me forever to remember YangYang and Xiaojun’s names when they were added for some reason and I’m not as into Dream, so it took me a while to remember them, too. I’m also finally pronouncing Chenle’s name now lol. Just try not to feel too pressured, it tends to take the fun out of it. I’ve loved NCT since Cherry Bomb came out and I still don’t know everything.

Xiaojun's voice is very angelic that can heal your heart. He's one of my bias in NCT along with Taeyong and Jaemin.

The rearranged version kills me every single time 😭😭😭 It shows them from predebut and working to members slowly being added and debuting. It ends with the NCT 2020 promotions and Shotaro’s birthday celebration (he was added in 2020). In the From Home normal video, the members didn’t know the videos they took of each other were going to be used. Then the second arrangement I’m not sure if they knew about that one at all. The vocals are from the MMAs or MAMA maybe? It makes me emotional every time I watch that version because so many members never get to go home and see their families. Johnny is from Chicago, Mark from Vancouver, Yuta from Japan, Ten from Thailand, many other members from China or a few other places. They sign on to be idols at such a young age and then don’t hardly get to see their families. Some agencies ban them from having cell phones so they don’t get to speak to them either. They sign their lives away and seeing how much they get put through online I wonder how many of them regret the path they chose. 😔

as a new fan there were some videos that had significant meaning that you wouldnt know of unless you were an old fan, for example the airport videos were of when ten and johnny permanently moved to korea and it was them arriving for the first time, the last video was shotaros first birthday as a member of nct since he just joined recently, and the video where jisung was holding the flowers was his middle school graduation, etc
Everytime you compliment Haechan's voice I get so proud and overjoyed. I really look forward to you checking out the dreamies. Other than that I recommend Coming Home which is another vocal based song including Haechan, Doyoung, Taeil and Jaehyun (they are all 127members, Haechan is their maknae with the unique tone, Doyoung and Taeil are the ones who mostly do 127's high notes and Jaehyun is the vocalist with the lower full tone (barritone I think?)) it's such a good song. And also of course Baby don't stop with Taeyong and Ten. Both are NCT U songs. Plus I think you'd love seein Ten's solos (Heroes and Dream in a dream).
One more thing probably not many people have asked for but that I think would be really really nice and worth it if you checked it out: Taeyong just created a soundcloud for himself and uploaded two songs; Dark Clouds and it's Remix. They're both amazing, he is such a creative great artist.
From homes is such special song because of the lyrics meaning and the each member is singing their native language since that is their gome, so the original one the languages are: Korena, Chinese, and Japanes, and everytime i saw the re arrange one i always cry im proud of them

Resonance is a mash up of make a wish, 90s love, work it (three title songs of nct 2020) and another song of the album which is raise the roof. So four songs in total. The other title track is from home.
From home is a really really important song for nctzens because it jas a deep meaning. The members that sang from home are: doyoung, Taeil and Haechan (korean), kun, renjun and chenle (chinese) and yuta (Japanese). Everyone of them sing in his mother language so the song is in korean English Japanese and Chinese. The song is meaningful because they sing about how they all left their homes and countries to follow their dream and ended up finding a new home in each others. It's a song about how they were able to overcome all the hardships because they were together and always supporting each others like a family does. That's also why they all sing in their mother languages.
And you have to know that since the start nct music was categorized as noise music, it was too sperimental and ahead of their times (so funny how just few years later all new groups started making this kind of music lol sm trendsetter and we all know it). People always doubted nct vocals because they only listened to their title tracks (in fact nct has a lot of vocal centric besides but haters are not gonna check them so...). This song just shut every haters mouths. They performed this song (rearranged version) at mama and left every single person watching speechless.

Yes live vocals! 😭 I became nctzen with Kick it so it has been really just one year, but I still cry with the From Home rearranged version and regret not knowing them since their rookie beginnings but then I think to myself at least I am here now. I love them so much. Taeil's my bias, the high note king, also fake maknae. It was love at first sight and hearing. His visuals and voice caught me immediately. ❤️

From Home is such a touching song. It's literally about finding your home/family. It's about them as a group leaving home, but finding their home and family within each other. The song has English, Korean, mandarin, Japanese mainly in the song itself and then in the Thank you part in the middle there are a few more languages in there to. Truly an international group.
In the rearranged live version from MAMA I think it was... all the foreign members popped up near the end and helped sing the rest of the song symbolizing that. It was so moving! And yes the MV is the live vocals from the MAMA performance they did

For a live performance, you NEED to see their whole MAMA 2020 stage! They start with From Home and end with Resonance and it was so epic and beautiful! For other music, definitely some NCT Dream next! "Riding" and "Boom" by them are so good! Then maybe NCT U "Misfit", NCT 127 "Simon Says" and WayV "Take Off".
The rearranged ver mv most definitely reduces us to tears. Their journey has been so long and rough and still is! What I love most is how they showed their moments just being together, not necessarily performing or practicing, just being together like Johnny, Mark and Doyoungs sleepover and the Dreamies' late night walks. So many people think that being in a group this large means there's no way they even like each other, which is so ridiculous to me. Obviously, we don't expect them to all be best friends and the members are very honest about their own comfort levels with each other (they created a whole series about making their awkward members hang out). But the fact is they've gone through so much shit TOGETHER and they've all got the same dream and are on the same path. They love and respect each other and some members are as good as brothers. They've really on just started and we know they can do so much more. I've been an NCTzen since 2017 (so not quite since debut), but I'm just excited to continue to watch their journey and see all that they can do.
