- This belongs to a friend that has been building it over the past year.
He wanted the DP and Exhaust and the IC piping custom building.
We use Stainless Bros stainless steel and just tried their aluminum line. This is some of the best material we’ve had the pleasure of working with.
We will show this car when it's complete and get some more sound clips for you.

what really sells your work is your personality. youre not stuck up. i assume prices reflect your work, but its well worth it, and if i ever get a chance i will be bringing you my car for some work
Our labor rate is actually very low, it’s less than 1/2 the local dealership and that includes customer fabrication

John, back in the '70's Bosal South Africa offered sports exhausts for aircooled VW's. They also had a line of tips/resonators. Installed a few back in the day☺

That brospeed tip though!! Tip sizes got ridiculous for a minute back in the nineties….. dudes were putting tips fit for a diesel truck on their civics!!
Yea ! They did bring some negative vibes to the import scene. Folks would cut off their muffler and weld on a huge melon shooter and call it a performance exhaust 😂

Any recommendations on a good intercooler for a B16/EM1 300hp build? Don't want to cut the bumper support or anything like that. Amazing work as always.
There’s actually plenty of them out there on eBay, just try and do a bunch of research and look close to see if it has that perforated core. I tried to talk about. That does a good job at pulling the heat out. And also, don’t put a huge tall in a cooler on it, as it will affect the amount of air the radiator and condenser will receive causing it to run hot.
The car has Down Star hardware
Do you have any of the ‘chameleon’ bosal tips? They were the ones you could swap out with set screws against the muffler
John do you have a set of the dual tips like on that Tahitian green crx?
I don’t. The original mufflers had 2 pipes existing the muffler with individual tips

Looks like the turbos going to cook the master cylinder possibly lose brake function
We still have more work to do. We personally like the turbo behind the clock for heat reasons. We’ll show this car again when completed. ✔️
