@@sourcandy770 I was told that Epic Universe will be based on the Fantastic Beast series. I can't confirm or debunk this unfortunately. They're keeping that a secret. However, I wish they would build the Ministry of Magic. It wouldn't feel right without it. They need to build the facade of framed glass offices over the water fountain. Add in the black tile floors and the arched entrances for the floo network. Then have Ministry employees chase and scare the kids down the hall, casting spells like the scene from "The deathly hallows."
Then as an easter egg, they could build a replica of Hermione Granger's office.
They have the great hall at warner bros studio tour in London. Hope to get there someday!
And to take it a step further, imagine we could eat in there 😩

I used to work at FJ and there is an Easter egg from each of the professors in the DADA classroom. Dragon skeleton was Quarrel, Lockhart has his book set on one of the window sills, Lupin had the patronus charm on the black board, Moody has his staff leaning agains one of the pillars, Umbridge has her text books on the desk, and Snape has his projector in the corner

I started watching Molly videos over a year ago to prepare for a vacation in Disney World, I subscribed to my first UA-cam channel because I loved her content so much! We went in April and it was perfect thanks to what I learned from Molly! My daughter said ‘did Molly tell you that?’ Every time I spewed facts I learned from her. We are going to Universal next year and I panicked when I read in the reactions on the previous channel that Molly would leave. I am so relieved to see I can still learn from her and have another perfect vacation! Immediately subscribed!

I met Molly the day she was filming the Diagon Alley section (dream come trueee!) and she was SO FREAKING NICE! 🥰 I was a sweaty rambling mess because I was incredibly nervous and she was so genuinely sweet that it made my whole trip! We stan a kind Slytherin Queen! 👑 🐍
When my daughter was little, every time we went to WDW, Universal or any vacation, we would send post card home. They make for a fun activity for kiddies while on vacation then a wonderful momento when it arrives home after the vacation is over. I still have all of our post cards in her little handwriting 🥺

We only managed to get two days at universal, and spent half of each day in the Wizarding World (half Diagon Alley and half at HogsMeade.) I could have spent two full days just enjoying the splendours at each side, as both lands are so incredible. We used Molly’s tips (but opposite to todays video) and we had breakfast in the leaky couldron, and fish and chips at the three broomsticks. I loved the frozen butterbeer, but I was skeptical at first, as the offering at WB Studio Tour London is not as nice, way too sickly! Although they do a butterbeer soft serve which is a pleasant alternative! I looked out for all the hidden details I wouldn’t have known about without Molly, and we had a truly magical experience! We got fudge from Honeydukes which was incredible, and Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure TM is our favourite ride from the Wizarding World! Xxx 💖💖💖

Also, re: the possible take homes in Honeydukes, we have a HP guest bathroom & I got the U No Poo one trip. We enjoyed the candy & now use the jar to hold q-tips & decorate the bathroom.
My kids and I LOVED this one! Even though my kids have only seen the first movie, they love HP as much as I do. They'll be going to the Wizarding World for the first time next year. Molly is helping us make our list of "must do" experiences. Thank you Molly and MAM!
Alot of vloggers tend to leave a bad aftertaste,however there are a few that really put out content that entertains and enlightens those of us who are lifelong fans of the theme parks and their stuffs. My Sunday mornings with Molly are back! All is right with the world!
One thing I love to buy when I visit the Wizarding World is a Cauldron Cake. It comes in a silicone cauldron, so you can take it home, wash it and reuse it to make cakes at home, even microwave mug cakes (which it is an excellent size for, btw).
We’ve made it a point to watch all the Molly HP videos and *still* learned some new things with this one! A very happy Sunday in our household with a new Harry Potter Universal Studios video to watch featuring Molly McAwesome. 💚
Molly’s enthusiasm comes through even on my phone. My kids teased me that I’d fan girl if I had ran into you on our April trip.

This is refreshing - seeing Molly doing tips and tricks at the theme parks - the quality is far superb compared to all the extra people in the former videos.

Story time: My boys and I went to see family and stayed in a hotel with complimentary breakfast. My youngest couldn’t get the syrup cup to open and spilled it on his pancake and muffin. He immediately started laughing and said, “I’m just like Molly, putting syrup on everything!” He just turned six. You have blessed our family with many fun conversations and laughs. We can only afford a trip once or less a year so your videos help us fill the gap and keep our anticipation up! Thank you for sharing your expertise with us Muggles! Just kidding, I’m a Ravenclaw.
I have lived in Edinburgh and visited York (both of which are the home to so many Harry Potter references/inspirations) and yet somehow, walking through that brick wall at Universal was hands down the most magical and wonderful moment I've ever lived. It is my favorite place on planet earth and I cannot wait to go again.

(1) Thanks for recognizing that Ravenclaw so often gets the snub! (2) That said, Molly has done a great job of embracing Slytherin in a way that gives it dimension. (3) Peter Pettigrew is definitely worse than Umbridge. She's actually a really great villain because her motives are rooted in her devotion to the Ministry (which isn't inherently evil... she just makes it evil), and her methods are twisted and have a sort of clever internal logic to them. Disliking her is FUN, even more so than disliking Voldemort. Peter, on the other hand, is a self-preserving, groveling betrayer. However, I kinda do wish you found out what that kid liked about him. I can imagine a good defense of Wormtail, but probably not from a 5-year-old.

I went to London in June and visited the HP studio tour, it is SO impressive how accurate Universal is compared to the real set! I also did an HP tour around London, visited charging cross road!

Fun fact a snake bite here in the UK is actually specifically made with Lager and Cider, as opposed to beer / ale and cider. If you add a dash of blackcurrant cordial (might be a bit difficult to find in the USA) then it becomes a 'Diesel.' :)

In Dumbledore’s office in Hogwarts don’t miss the books that float and move themselves amongst the shelves. One of my favorite details!
It’s “Bangs…” don’t trust Jim Dale l, in book one he pronounces bezoar as “bay-ZWHOAR.” He gets it correct in book six. BTW Stephen Fry version of the UK books are superior by a large margin. Tricky to acquire in the US but not impossible… 😉
Also, along with Stewart Craig and the design team from the films working on WWoHP, MinaLima designed all the signage either recreated from the films or original work just for the parks. All the packaging in candy shops and Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes were also designed by them.

I truly enjoyed this video- anything with Molly & HP makes my day!! What I love about Molly is that she never ceases to amaze me with her attention to detail and depth of knowledge no matter where she is at. I took note of many things that I will apply when I make it back to Universal in October. Please do a HP Easter Egg Video and maybe one with the connections between HP & Halloween!

I have always enjoyed breakfast at the Three Broomsticks. A great way to start off the morning before a whole day of experiencing the parks. Shout out to Stuart Craig and all the artists, designers, and fabricators who brought the Wizarding World to life. Until one actually dresses a set for theatre, film, or your own home haunt, one doesn't realize how much work and detail is required to make something that DOESN'T look contrived, let alone has existed in the world for decades or centuries. From the foreshortened castle complex down to the cobwebs and smudged windowpanes, the WWoHP is my home away from home (except, of course, for Disney's Haunted Mansion...) When I visited on my 50th birthday, I made a point of filling out a postcard and sending it to myself. I completely forgot about it and when it showed up in my mailbox I thought "Oooo! Someone sent me a postcard!" :-|
Currently reading all the books with my kids. When we're finished, I've promised them a trip here. Can't wait to show them all of this!
We did the same thing! It is in my opinion the best themed land in any park including Disney. Diagon Alley is amazing.

Molly, I have seen so many of these over the years - Harry Potter/Universal vlogs - that I thought I would have been fine never to see another one again. I WAS WRONG! You bring so much insight to your vlogs. You always have! And charm and exuberance and style and charisma. You give us the experience of not only feeling as if we have just visited there, but you also consistently show us things that we have never seen elsewhere. And I have seen dozens of these vlogs! I have never been to Dervish and Banges, as an example, to see the letter writing station or the Hogsmead postmark as well as so many other of your myriad details. Thanks, Molly! My wife and I just returned from visiting Universal for the first time and I’m kinda glad I found this video after. We spent the most time by far in the wizarding world between the two parks. Now we have a bunch of new things to try when we visit next year, keeping the experience fresh. What they achieved with the wizarding world is really a masterpiece of an experience.

Speaking of Jaws the Ride, my parents have the most hilarious picture of me as a kid on that ride, covered in tears, with a look of shear terror on my face. I remember my dad tried to make me feel better by showing it's fake so he put his hand out and touched Jaw's teeth when he popped out of the water, and they were soft rubber, but it didn't help. I screamed with terror thinking he was going to lose his hand. Lmao!
