I really enjoy your content and an added bonus is that your voice very soothing and easy to listen to.
Collette Aileen Mattingly thanks for watching Collette and that’s great to hear ☺️
Love your dress, it really suits you. Thanks for the small bust adjustment link, I have a small bust but large waist so always struggle with fitting adjustments. Great videos.
I love both. Can you tell us more about how you buy linen? There are so many types, how do you choose?
Hi Mel, that pattern really suits you so much and looks great on you. It's a very pretty design 💞. Anika's videos on adjustments are great aren't they 👌. Love the Whim Wham buttons too 💝. Thanks so much for sharing Mel👍😘
Sally Dingle thanks Sally, I will definitely be getting more linen to make more versions of this dress now that I have the perfect fit! Yes Aneka,s vids are fab, I actually had a private pattern drafting class via Skype with Aneka a couple of weeks ago, I learnt so much! ☺️
Hi Sally, I keep laughing when I see your name because it is very often the latest comment on the vlogs that I watch as well. We must be on the same wave length or timeline somehow????? Not sure because I look at the Vlogs at very different times day and night (insomniac), so it makes me giggle to see your name on a comment over and over again. LOL Have a great day. Cheeres...............Your Vlog Watching Twin
@@lynettemb4532 ha... I'm a bit of an insomniac too 😉. Sometimes I watch first thing in the morning and last thing at night too.... whenever I can really. I would rather watch sewing vlogs than tv most of the time 😁👍😘
Hey Mel, I always love your makes. Ive been looking on Merchant and Mills, their fabrics are so gorgeous. I really love those buttons too!!!
That pattern looks so pretty on you Mel, I think you have the knack for knowing what really suits you. I can't seem to find mine, but I'm not giving up, it'll come to me one day (I'm determined). Take care lovely lady.
Lynette Boxall thanks so much Lynette ☺️💖 it’s taken a while but I do tend to stick to certain styles now, I’ll definitely be making more Hinterlands as soon as I’ve saved up for more lovely linen ☺️
Love these so much and it was great to see up close on Saturday. I've got to say I'm also quite drawn to sew liberateds style to so it's good to hear an opinion on the pattern 😊
Fabric Magpie thanks Boz yes I really like the simple style ☺️ it was great to meet you Saturday and I look forward to the next Sewing meet up in a few weeks
Love your makes too Mel as always :) I've been on a jumper making tear myself and linen is my favourite because as you say it's light so you can make it a summer wear or layer it up with sweaters and leggings for winter. I'm going to check out those lovely buttons!
Kathleen Meadows thanks Kathleen, totally agree I’m definitely going to embrace layering this year! ☺️ the buttons are amazing!
I second Sally. The dress looks amazing on you. This encourages me to be a bit more adventurous in trying different patterns and style of dress.
shermaine007 thanks Shermaine ☺️💖 definitely do what’s the worst that can happen! ☺️

Patricia Bennett thanks Patricia ☺️💖 the buttons really are lovely
What fabric did you use for the dress and skirt and where did you buy them from.thanks. The outfits look really good on you.I would, definitely, unpick the pink waistband, the skirt is too good to waste. I wish they weren't pdf patterns.I love printed patterns and the artwork on the envelopes.I find pdf are too fiddly for me.
Also love these patterns - have been looking at these makes for a while. Am now convinced and will be making soon. X
gill miller thanks Gill and yay 😀 you will love them
Love that Hinterland dress...it looks like every dress I owned in the 90s! so comfy! and it's adorable in that glittery linen.
Great makes Mel. There is so much camel/beige in the shops for2018/19 too. Loving your style. Thank you 😊
Looks very nice! Great makes!
Thankyou
