To me that is an amazing statement. In my mind I give to the financial needs of our church...utilities, salaries but above all I expect the money be used to further the Word of God and to draw people to Him....the sharing of the Gospel. I am not giving so that our church becomes a 'lending institution'. Is the money a loan or a gift? I don't see how one could expect their church to make up for what they themselves are failing to do in their finances for what ever their reason.
I believe it , any "it" in my life ,is totally according to his pleasure .
