Abandoned 1800s FALLOUT Cottage…why is everything still here?

- Welcome back everyone to another video! I had to edit this video 3 times because it kept getting erased for some reason so hopefully the third time is the charm. Trust me when i say that the wait was definitely worth it and this location is one of a kind. This abandoned house was built in the 1820s. It’s started out as a small cottage and was added to over the years until it was abandoned sometime in the 90s. This place was super strange in that it felt like 3 different places all at once. The downstairs was an office of the last person who owned it, who clearly was running some kind of construction business or at least something along the lines of that. It felt really 80s and 90s style in the office section and you know i love old computers, so i was loving it so far. We ventured up stairs and discovered the living quarters or bed rooms. This section seemed like it was stuck in the 1950s or 60s based on the furniture and even family pictures we found while exploring. Seeing pictures from 1928 and even 1943 was absolutely incredible! The next section was one room that was very hidden and another upstairs sections that had a private stair case. Now these sections were definitely super dated and looked like they had never been updated. I’m assuming this is way the house looked like when it was originally built, so it was like we were standing in the 1800s which was crazy. The hidden upstairs section had even more secrets and we discovered some old newspaper articles from 1928 and even several antique military objects, one was the hat of a lieutenant who was probably one of the several owners this place had. This house was really incredible and I’m so glad i was able to see all these amazing artifacts from this person and their families lives. It was truly an honor to be there, film and take pictures.
Also before anyone takes the title out of context ill say this; the house was originally built in 1820 but it was abandoned in the 90s and that would explain for some of the change in decor and even technology. Also this place really did remind me of playing Fallout New Vegas, just the vibe was like something out of a video game.

if this place is well cared for, it can be turned into a historical heritage. And Congratulations to you because the video editing is very good and the description you tell is very clear.
Thank you so much! I do agree I wish this place could be protected. But I think maybe the original owners might have passed away and the bank might own it now
@@XplorewithSonny that sad to hear 👂 😢 I hope the government will take action
@@azreenazleenhassim9375 I’m sure this place will be here until it collapses
I love how these memories r just frozen in time. Those people in the pictures had no idea someone from decades later is looking at them. i thought i was the only one who was into this type of stuff, Im glad i found ur channel man
I always think that same thing, if they could only see this place now. Thanks for watching!
Old houses are full with memories and that's why they resist to collapse 😍♥️
It’s so true!
You are literally my favorite on you tube. I really enjoy your videos. Keep them coming. Never stop exploring ❤️
This is a step back in time. I have sort of a melancholic feeling watching this. I agree with the Fallout feel, those games got me super interested into antiques and history from the 40's-60's
Yeah same for me, it’s a weird feeling to explore a place like this. It feels like it shouldn’t exist. Thanks for watching!
Hey sonny, thanks for another amazing exploration!! Your camera and editing skills are now second to none! You're my absolute favourite explorer and I absolutely love all of your videos! Thank you my friend
Thanks so much Nick! I’m really glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the kind words, I appreciate you!
The ”piano” is a harpischord 😊
Good to know for next time! Thanks for the comment

Thanks so much for the support! Your English is great 👍🏻
Very Cool
Thanks for watching!
The house.. it’s really weird & creepy in there…Firstly it really spooked me out when I saw on the top of the typewriter CORONA😶🌫️😶
Yeah I’d say the longer I stayed and explored the creepier it got here
I love your enthusiasm! You look like my 70’s heart throb Jack Wilde! 💖✨
Thanks so much! I’ll have to look him up😂
@@XplorewithSonny You are much cuter tho! 🥰😘
@@crazydiamond4565 oOoOoO😏😫are you flirting/j
loved the video man 100% fallout feel. But I have a question when you go diving into old and abandoned places do you ever take any items like photos or equipment or anything of the sort? @xplore with Sonny
Thanks so much! As far as taking things goes I usually leave everything behind. I’d feel weird having someone else’s family pictures. But if I explore let’s say a hotel and I find and old pamphlet and there is a lot I might take one for myself.
Why is Mille there ? Like isn't it very old place and a picture of Mille before 3 years ????
Between I'm loving your videos be safe
It seemed like at one point maybe someone might have been trying to fix the place up? Maybe someone left it inside. I was surprised to see that too
I don’t get how you don’t get lots of likes. You editing is really good and your entertaining
Thanks so much. It just takes time to build an audience and none of my UA-cam videos ever go viral for some reason. I’ll get there one day, I’ll literally never give up👍🏻
Not there being a Millie Bobby Brown thing there 😭🤚
Haha yeah idk how that got in there tbh
@@XplorewithSonny I wonder if like someone had it with them when exploring for some reason and left it there
Definitely could have been that. There was some like construction type lights on the lower floor too. Maybe a worker was reading a magazine and left it? Or Millie Bobby personally left it behind for me…
@@XplorewithSonny Maybe they filmed for Stranger Things season four and left that as an Easter egg
OMG👌🏻😳
yeah lets just ignore the baby feet prints on the shelf
I think those were from a raccoon actually
Would be beautiful to clean up and use as a old shop or something
I completely agree with you
now I know I remembered after 3 days that those computers that is Apple objects could be worth a fortune for collectors 😺
Very true but I leave everything behind for other explorers to enjoy. I never explore for financial gain
Why didn’t you open the fridge 🧍♀️ i really wanted to see if there’s moldy food
I did check actually but it was just empty. That clip didn’t make the final cut lol
Omg
😳😳😳
0:55 small gun
Hmm I’m not really sure what that was I totally forget now
@@XplorewithSonny ok , old 1800 derringer
One day you will be blessed by the Algorithm
Thanks mate, I feel that day is coming soon
12:23 I guess that is used in the 40s for spying and some other stuff & also i think that the last owner was in some creepy agency or something… don’t know details just trying my best 😂
Haha yeah Ik right, he definitely had some spy looking gadgets laying around here.
Yo bro wassaap dude
Where do you find this places
Howdy there! I find a lot of my locations just be searching online. It takes time though and it’s definitely not the easiest
Man you might get caught one time by the army or something that will harm you please take care ♥️♥️
I think the army has bigger things to worry about lol
