This is such an underrated chanell, a few weeks ago I realised Nicco had just crossed 1M subscribers, not 10M and even then, when I thought he had 10M subscribers I still thought he was underrated.

Is it possible to have for once a collector that is not a rich morron with the same Rolex, RM and Iced Out APs over again ? Like people with real taste for horology like with a Journe Résonnance or an ALS Tourbographe, I am not even asking for Dufour.
That’s the problem. These guys aren’t collecting watches. They are investing in watches that usually don’t go down in price. And most of the time wear them to flex and not because they genuinely enjoy watches and collecting
@@b.7635 A Journe Chronomètre Bleu is 20k on retail a 80 k on second hand market, a Dufour is 50 k on retail and 1 Million at auctions. But as you say, difficult to flex when your mates have no clue what they are.

I know from a horological perspective RM make incredible pieces, but from a look and design point of view they do absolutely nothing for me.
If I had all the money in the world. I would rather spend £12,000/ £30,000 on a Rolex day date / submariner / Op than a £500,000 RM .. they sort of look like Lego.

I would LOVE to see Stevewilldoit cross over to Pride & Pinion. I've watched a couple videos of Steve getting ripped off for watches now and would love to see him buy off a grey market dealer that will actually educate him a little more on horology in hopes to give him a little more passion about the subject. He literally trades in watches that have gone up in value to these guys and takes a loss, its a total crime. They don't really deserve a customer like him the way he gets treated on the prices are brutal. And I'm not trying to throw shade, bad prices are bad prices.
I dont think Pride & Pinion will cross over with someone whos currently being exposed for dodgy financial shit.
