Audrey certainly was a very elegant, classy lady. Quite lovely.

Sam is so fun to watch. What a trip! Audrey is more demure but she's a fairly good player. Great episode!

This was four days after the Beatles first appeared on Ed Sullivan.

My first clue for "merry" would have been "Christmas." It was allowed to say "Merry Christmas" back then.

It's still appropriate to say, Merry Christmas.

@elliebellie7816 Yes, but back then there wouldn't be so many people objecting to it the way that there are now.

For "Merry" I would have given a little "Mmm?" then tilted my head a little and said "Christmas."

For "Freedom" I would have said (in that Password-ian way denoting you are trying to get somebody to guess an opposite) "Slavery?…"

I never thought I'd see 2 men hugging in the 60's

Some of us did a lot more than that in the 60s. ;)

I would have said "picnic," "uncle," and "bug" for "ant."

Sam did really well with altitude. First woman didn't stop and think about the clues so she just gave up. Too bad, lost herself 50 dollars

Imagine the clue they would give now for the word junk.

    Acapella is two words?

    • @pumajlr
      @pumajlr 2 роки тому +2

It is two words. Is Italian. The A does the same function as in "a la carte" or "a la mode".
Of course you can find it as one word in some English cultures, but is an incorrect spelling nonetheless. You can also find it in some dictionaries, because dictionaries are descriptive and not prescriptive.

Sam's going to get that girl pregnant before the shows over if he doesn't watch himself.

Sam Levinson wouldn't get away what he did. He kissed the contestant without her permission. I mean. It's normal a man is attracted. But, he was a bit besides himself.

20:25 did it again, gave out a clue, "lets get out of Philadelphia,"ha,ha, .
Same as the reverse, " add them up" during a round?
Let them figure that out on there OWN, SHUT UP!
