- When you get access to metal detect a home built centuries ago the possibilities are endless. We're hoping just just a few cool pieces from the past and even though we had to fight through the blistering heat, we managed to Score! We even had a rare police call, for a reason we've never had happen before. Always an adventure as we're living it up detecting at another old property!

My day would have been spent sitting in the shade with the kittens! Best find of the day. ( I hope someone was taking care of them.)😸😽😻👵
You would have loved it, they jumped around and played with us all day. I took about 45mins of kitten footage but had to cut most of it out. The one cat even had 6 digits on each paw.
I hope the same (about taking care of the micro meows.) :)
Wouldn't want Doug to get heat stroke, he's a national treasure!
Top notch find Charley👍 great relics!
Sometimes it's a large cent, other times a JFK half! It's what I call a semi-skunked find! 😆
Thanks, I appreciate your kind comment
another great show as always, would like to more of triple score
Jason, I would have been thrilled with the old square nail too! :D All great finds at that place.
Same thing happen to me rich, i was push mowing grass down at the camp site by the river and a sheriff showed up and asked if everything was fine, he told me a call was dispatched on that location ,butt dialed the cops. Great videos ,thanks for sharing!!
I am under alot of stress these days.Alot of appoints and another surgery on the ninth.Watching your videos helps alot.I cannot of course get out to detect.I am lucky when I can get out at all.Such a beautiful property. You guys are so fortunate to have such nice friends.I appreciate that Doug always responds to my posts.Hi Doug.Thankyou for the video.I look forward to them. Your friend Harry Bond.
I feel your pain Harry. I’ll have stitches removed this Thursday from my most recent surgery, so I’ve been on the sidelines for a month or so. Very much looking forward to Saturday’s excursion, no matter where it is. Good health to you.
nice! the best stuff is probably on the fields around the farm, stuff from the outhouses and mostly stuff that were lost while working the fields.
Across the farm lane… we recently found 6 large coppers and two Reales. Along with other relics…. It was amazing.
Love the live dig. Thanks for doing the show in the nasty heat. Sorry you didn't get any dog tags if you get my drift.
I found a button like Rich's eagle, only mine is an Artillery button. One of my favorite finds.
Great digs. Congrats Charlie, beautiful buckle!👍😘
Thanks Ronda
That property is absolutely beautiful! And honestly, you all dug some excellent finds. I am a big fan of shoe and knee buckles, so that frame is my favorite of the day. But Rich has relics of which to be proud as well. No wonder your videos seem shorter than they are.
I agree, probably hunted previously but, as you proved yet again, no one gets everything! I'm not sure, but I thought I saw a 7 in the 3rd position of Rich's Indian- 71 perhaps? Charlie's shoe buckle and Rich's crotal bell were amazing, but that Infintry button- Epic! Nice hunt and thanks for keeping DTD healthy by keeping him out of that heat.
Awesome! You guys back East have so much land and places with history that can be dug up. Out west the areas are super limited and not much before 1850’s. Lucky lucky lucky! Even Spanish gold in places there.
O the shoe buckles I would put a nice picture in behind it. Still fun day . Blessings even more
wow what a gorgeous piece of property! Awesome job guys
Cool finds Rich. AWWW love the kittens. Nice match holder Charlie. Awesome I button Rich. Great crotal bell Rich. Beautiful shoe buckle Charlie.
Awesome finds
from St. Marys Ontario Canada ; love you folks the comradery is fabulous
Hello Ontario
Nice finds. The home site with the planted field is so beautiful. Rich butt-dialed an emergency number. That takes talent. Thank you for the video.
That is a super beautiful property. The grass is greener than Jason's seizure causing shovel.
When the cops showed up Rich should have asked them if they knew of any other properties that needed detecting. 911 door knocker.
Great hunt gang, beautiful buildings!
Another great hunt even on scorcher day. All those cool finds, Charley's spoon bowl and the other pewter spoon & fancy shoe buckle, and the match safe, then Jason's Kennedy half dollar, rich's IHP, crotal bell and the nice 1812 infantry eagle button, I guess I need to save up for the triple score lol.
Thanks Steven
Great finds. Thanks for sharing!!!
I could almost feel the heat watching you guys sweat out there! But you did find some nice stuff…👍
Poor Doug. I missed not seeing him dig the best finds. I always get a good laugh when Mr Quarter Hoarder & Doug pull each others legs & joke. I think you lot are the best detecting team on youtube & l always look forward to your videos. Hopefully we see Doug next week. Cheers from Pete in Australia.
Excellent finds👌🏻
A new first for Rich as radio wave tech allows the Coppers to discover him for a change.
Good one. Talk about a roll reversal, eh?
Another great job by the Quarter Hoarder crew. Thank yall. Tell Doug to get his butt back in the game next week. Lol. Charlie's buckle was awesome but Richs infantry button was my favorite find of the day I think.
Charley! You definitely earned that gorgeous shoe buckle! It has been hot, I got a mudmask on in all my videos from sweating so much recently. Nice hunt all!
Thanks Jay
What an excellent Hunt. Charlie the Match Holder and Shoe Buckle Beautiful. I've found a couple of Match Holders before I love them. Rich Congrats on the Cordal Bell, Infantry Military Button and IHP. Jason Congrats on the Kennedy Half Dollar and Square Nail. Still a successful hunt. Love all the finds Take Care everyone
Appreciate your input… and kind words
Thanks for the kind comments
Great finds guys
Excellent video very enjoyable thank you for sharing this with us six stars
Thank you for all you do
You need to make at least one video with Lynn metal detecting. Might go viral.😊
Awesome finds, Jason, Rich, and Charlie. WTG! ❤LL
Great hunt, I love the shoe buckle and War of 1812 button. Always a good time with the Quarter Hoarder gang
Way to go, Charlie.
Thanks friend
I enjoy watching your videos very informative and always a blast to see what's in that next plug
Thanks for sharing
Nice one Charlie!!
Thanks Chris
You deserve some cold beers after that hunt. You found so much stuff that you needed a police escort. 🤪
Beautiful shoe buckle, and Rich’s eagle “I” button was a fantastic recovery. Love it!
Thanks for sharing another great video.
Thanks Doug
A cold has me home today. I put my Quarter Hoarder shirt on to get me ready for the video!😀
Love watching the videos, its a hot one out there, always loved the nicknames & comradery.
That is an amazing shoe buckle Charlie!! Sweet find there !
Awesome.
Cats are love! ❤ No Dougsicle today? He was missed...
Hope they have a home
Awesome find Charlie
Thanks, I appreciate your kind comment
Rich that was an amazingly clean plug fill in the beginning of the video.
Aw cool me and Turd Ferguson will watch later
Nice finds, love that infantry button
Beautiful lady minute shoe buckle Charlie!!!
Thanks
@@heritagerelichunters9922 you're welcome and that was supposed to say last minute not lady minute 😂
So good to see these older places kept up so well. It is very sad, to me, to see old buildings that once resonated with life crumble under ivy and such-like. There's so much more to digging a plug in order to embrace history. Even a shard of Roman tesserae or Medieval roof tile should be appreciated, imo. Good hunt. Nice one.
I remember when a crotal bell was Richs" bucket lister.
Nice video and finds Congrats Guys 👊
You guys are hard core when if comes to detecting!
Great showing off those other machines.
You guys need to invest in several slip and slides and arrange grid system map and detect on ya bellies close to the buried treasures.
Beautiful hunt, great find what a great place to find history 👊🏼✌️
Nice find that shoe buckle is nice
Thanks Bill
Good luck guys 😊
Cool hunt guys thanks!!!!!
Great job guys!(and gal)!😊..
Super finds guys....Always look forward to every weeks video...👍
Man that place is gorgeous!!
Hello Quarter Hoarder,Dog Tag Doug ,Charlie and Rich and Lynn
Hi Gregory
Great video, guys
THANKS FOR ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO
Awesome finds!
Yes you did you nailed it
It is hard to believe that Lynn does not metal detect.
Jason I just ripped up a part of a hardwood floor that was nailed down with nothing but square nails in my house .
nice finds you guys
Looks like a Hiishire Farms commercial lol
Sweating all the beer out!
40% Kennedys were made from 1965~1970, with the 1970 only made for the 1970 Collector Mint Sets.☺️👍🐿
Thanks guys!!❤
Poor Charley, he's soaked!!!
It’s was awfully hot that day with very high humidity …I did rest between detecting.
That Was funny my wife did that with my phone. Yes the sheriff's came but could not find us we where 20 miles out in the desert. Helping her son out in the sun. Lol. Blessings
that's beautiful country
Richard "Nicks A Lot" hit that shield at the bottom near the end of the statement.
I've done the 911 thing by mistake too. Its embarrassing but comforting to know when the police actually do show up.
Go Pro is a nice addition.
I once found a match safe just like that digging near the Ohio River,, I dug it out and it crumpled to dust in my hand! LoL
I did my shortest hunt ever today in S. Mich. when it was 92F with high humidity. I'm 71 with a qt. of gatorade in my pouch but listened to my body and drove away with my A/C on after 40 min.
I hear you, this summer has been tough and we threw the towel in early a few times ourselves. Live to swing another day!
Another awesome video 😅
awesome shoe buckle
congrats everyone!
Give me a shout if you ever need a stand in Doug, lol...
Great finds. I hope Doug is OK.
I’m fine. Needed surgery on an infection on the toe. I’ll be back in action this weekend, after stitches come out Thursday.
I've yet to dig a .50 cent coin! Good job!
The long neck bird is the Phoenix
I found a crotal bell in the exact same condition, with evidence it broke off too. Still rings to this day.
exciting day (regardless of the police visit ;)
233rd like, stay cool, guys, and drink plenty of water, to stay hydrated
I'm loving the videos. I have just started detecting and wa d hoping that you would do a segment on the different ways that you clean the coins or if you have already done one maybe direct me to it. Thanks ana keep digging
The 40% Kennedy halves run from 1965 thru 1969 plus the 1970d which came from mint sets, but have been found in circulation.
Thanks!
Thanks Doug!
@@QuarterHoarder No problem. Love your videos Jason.
need to check in the grove of trees in the field
👍👍
