Why are so many people confused about this fight scene? The attacks Wanda “missed” were for the rune spell to trap Agatha.. which caused her to not be able to use her magic against Wanda. If Wanda was able to control an entire town with her powers, she could easily have Agatha fooled into thinking she was winning. Agatha wants power, the power she felt was addictive and she didn’t realize she was getting played. Wanda saw Agatha steal her covens power, so she stole Agatha’s power from her. Agatha’s power was also tainted with the dark hold which set up Wanda as a “villain” for the MOM. Even with both being filmed around the same time, wandavision, mom and Agatha all along make sense easily. Y’all missing the big picture !!
A lot of people miss that for Wanda’s dark turn in MoM that it wasn’t just the Darkhold that corrupted her, it was Agatha’s magic too as she absorbed not only her own chaos magic back she too absorbed all of Agatha’s dark magic as well.

on the WandaVision show, Wanda officially awakened as the Scarlet Witch as she realized that the experiments HYDRA performed on her using the Mind Stone didn't give her powers out of the blue, the experiments simply awakened a power that was lying long dormant within her, the psionic abilities she was capable of was actually "reality warping chaos magic" Wanda also embraced her scarlet colored magical aura and defeated Agatha, but she also had to finally embrace her loss and say goodbye to Vision and the children she had "created" with him
in the comics, Wanda also "magically created" twin sons with Vision after they got married, but their children "disappeared from reality" when the demon Mephisto stole their souls, and losing her children like that caused Wanda to snap and put a strain on her relationship with Vision that led to them having a "separation" Billy and Tommy would later be "reborn" and join the Young Avengers team
it was also stated in the comics that Wanda's magic comes at a price, each spell she casts "ages her soul and shortens her life span" but she later manages to "override" this price when she worked together with the ghost of her late mother and Agatha Harkness to restore the "personification of witchcraft", Wanda's mother sacrifices herself and offers her soul to the "personification of witchcraft" and by doing so she restored her daughter's lost lifespan and also brought Agatha back to life

I remember wondering during this fight why her aim was so bad, several of the shots seemed intentionally missed. Was about halfway through when I realized what she was doing, and applauded the effort it took to make it look like a mistake at the moment. Well done!
The MCU seems to have a trend of only getting the costume perfect right before the last time we see a character. So far the only exception has been The Winter Soldier in Captain America 2... he looked perfect the second he showed up.

But had they not introduced the darkhold, it would definitely have seemed so 180 in terms of character development
