My presentation on my life journey, having suffered from depression and schizophrenia when I was young thru to when I signed up to trek the Ancient Inca Trail in Peru for the Leukemia Foundation back in May of 2016. As you will hear, I almost quit on day 2, however, the words of our tour leader kept me going - “He believed in me!”

Bit late on the olde reply, but why does it make you sad? I'm happy with who I am, sure I could have done things differently any number of times but then again, I wouldn't be the person I am today and trying to help others with Mental Health Illnesses.
